    Going through old and new emails on my desk-top to delete, suddenly the font size changed to tiny (very tiny). There are no written options for changing to larger font. Written steps to follow in Settings do not match what is available to me. I'm 77 and have used Yahoo email for over 20 years. Do I have the new email, or still have the old? I have no clue. I was much happier with Yahoo email yesterday. Do you really want me to switch to gmail?

    This isn't a matter of preference, don't come up with a new format if you can't do it without creating serious problems. Instead of being grouped properly into a thread, the number of emails in the conversation keep decreasing as the older emails keep disappearing from it!!

    I have used Yahoo email for 20 + years....
    Now this morning Yahoo have stopped me from opening my email using my iphone....

    Help me or I will stop using Yahoo....

    PLEASE go back to format, where the emails aren't stacked on top of another. I need them separated!

    Can we please go back to old yahoo email format. It was changed to new format without me being asked. It is a confusing mess.

    In the new format there is practically no room for typing a message. The address spaces are huge and ugly. If I change the text size it affects all programs and applications and is too small to read. But with a regular 1920x1080 and 125% it is impossible to compose a letter or to read one. GO BACK TO OLD FORMAT!

    In the new format there is no room for seeing the message you are typing. Address spaces are unnecessary huge and ugly! GO BACK TO OLD FORMAT!

    Since I was forced to switch to this new format, I have not received numerous e-mails, which in turn has ended up costing me money and time trying to figure out how to access incoming mail. Still don;t receive any mail but ads from Best Buy. This sucks and I'm ready to change

    As a senior myself your changes have created a problem that just complicates our daily produres because of its not that simple. Your old format was simple and easy to follow. GO BACK to OLD FORMAT. Thank you

    too many emails to sort through at once. I liked the old format where I could look at just 25 at a time to see what was worth keeping. thanks.

    I've been with Yahoo email for years and now you changed the way I can see and work with my email. ... and not even give the ability to choose... this is a terrible idea of how you implement and force the users to your ways. This is wrong as users we should be able to choose what feels comfortable with us. Change and give an option!!
