    The New Yahoo Mail look is Horrible and I Want My Old Classic Look Back or I will just start to plan on leaving and not using your service anymore !!!

    The old Yahoo mail was better in many ways. Can you bring back the ability to click on a sender's name and have all his emails come up? I know that you can manually put it into the search bar, but why change a feature to make it more difficult? You've also made it much less obvious which email is being read. The highlighting is way too subtle. I'm still trying to find anything that has been improved with this version.

    **Newsflash: Even the "BASIC" option is no longer available. Not a choice in the menu on the left when going into setting. This is a terrible business model Yahoo!!!! There is no way I can use this format, as the Classic Mail had all the features and shortcuts I needed. THE LOOK IS EVEN AWFUL. The preview is gone also. BAD BAD BAD. What a waste of code this entire thing is...

    They'll probably delete this, but the new version is HORRIBLE. I've never seen a more haphazard rollout of a new product.... And shoving it down users throats like this is unconscionable. Being a Yahoo Mail user since 1998, what a bad joke this all is. You cannot even see which emails you've forwarded or replied to!!! Amazing that ANY email system would not have the most basic of features... Whoever the team is that put this together should be ashamed of themselves. Bring back Classic Mail!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's the honorable thing to do for we small business owners who rely on this service, only to have it thrown into chaos.

    PROVIDE A WEB-BASED INTERFACE TO YAHOO MAIL THAT IS SIMILAR TO OTHER STANDARD E-MAIL SYSTEMS LIKE OUTLOOK - THE NEW YAHOO MAIL INTERFACE IS NOT FUNCTIONAL

    I use Yahoo Mail for critical personal and business functions. I need to use the web-based interface on a Windows desktop or laptop. The new interface severely limits my productivity.

    I have been a paying customer of Yahoo Mail Pro for many decades. It is unconscionable for you to force this unwanted change on paying customers.

    I know programmers are forced to make it look like they really did something. So sometimes they change the look, feel, and all but no real improvement. Just like the current look and feel. Slower performance, the search doesn't work right, I don't see the from details like I used to. I want the old look and feel, or at least make it work. Seems like all that was done was change for change sake and didn't make any real improvements. Take what you have and make it better, or at least fix things instead of starting from scratch and now have all new issues. I've been on Yahoo for years but I've had enough honestly. I never know when I come on what has been messed up. I'm moving away from using it any more.

    I cannot be using this version. Weird things are happening. I cannot delete emails. Every time I scroll down, it brings me right back up to the top of the screen. Some of the words/options are missing from the top of my screen. I cannot even compose an email without it bringing me somewhere else. Everything is a mess!!!! I cannot work like this. If this isn't fixed asap, I am going to have to go with someone else and open a gmail account or something else. This hasn't been 24 hours and it's a mess! I have been with yahoo for about 30 years now and when this has happened before,, I always had an option to get the old version back. I tried going to the settings like you mentioned at the bottom of the screen but there is nowhere to find an option to switch back. Please get rid of this version asap and give me back my old version. I cannot work like this and I have people I need to get back to hourly. This never should have been done without my consent or given me an option. Is there anyway to call someone so this can be fixed??? I need a phone number to get an actual person on the phone. If I don't get a way to get the version back, I will need to switch to a new email immediately with someone else. I don't just get an emails to shop y'know.

    Get your newer browser FULLY operational before you remove the classic version. Pump the breaks for a hot minute.

    Your new browser can NOT preview pdf files separate any longer. It is ONLY offer as downloading and it takes the entire screen over and you can ONLY do that function. Very disappointing for professionals like myself. I paid for premium service and just logged on to the change, and now the features are different and simply NOT Better!!

    Figure out how to communicate better with you customers on these HUGE changes. I would PAY more to keep the classic browser. LOL. Instead this change could push me to move to a more business friendly company. Who is NOT changing to just change get more "AI" heavy.

    Agree 100% with the comment that ease of functionality has been lost. Product manager and designers are apparently not every day users like I have been for 25 [paid] years. I've done efficiently programming for law firms et al. The number of clicks and keystrokes adds up. Yahoo is going backwards with functionality. "We have a nice looking product, but the functionality isn't so great." Nice sales and retention concept. Also. no way to change font size. If a browser supports Control-+ to change font size, as of March 12, 2025 you could do that many times and you eventually get an option to go to basic Yahoo mail.

    THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED AS A BAD FUNCTION TO NEW VERSION of YAHOO EMAIL. PLEASE GO BACK to ORIGINAL where I did not experience obvious security of email contacts registry functions and operation of features showing obvious breaches! I DONT CARE ABOUT LOOKS as MUCH as security and FUNCTION!!

    With your new so-called improvements I cannot switch between work and personal email accounts like I used to. You will not even let me sign on 2 seperate web pages with 2 separate emails because if I try to click on a message on one account it automatically diverts me to my other account.

    this should be near the top of the list of things you screwed up!!!!! Do your developers even use yahoo email? my bet is they all have google accounts and use interoffice messaging at work. I need to be able to 1 step change from one address to another, or better yet, have them all in one place. STUPID STUPID STUPID PEOPLE

    **PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST. BOTTOM IS MOST IMPORTANT. I tried to post about this, but it would not let me. I am in your same boat. I was jealous for a minute when reading the body of your email that one did not switch. I have gone back to basic for soooo mannnny reasons. I spent 3 hours on the phone with a tech about this switching, ( I actually have more than 2 accounts I monitor). He repeatedly showed me how to switch, but there were so many steps (7-8) I kept losing my place. He thought is was not a problem. go figure. HOWEVER, don't get excited because it is worse, He thought and we tried to open each account in a different tab or window. worked for a minute. Instead, if I opened a second email, anywhere, it overwrote the other and essential I had one account open, in 2 windows. The biggest kicker, is that is ALSO logged me out of my google account and opened the same yahoo account in my google window. How did that happen??? THIS is so absurd. I am trying to figure out how to cancel my yahoo and keep my emails (10-15 years of info) without taking a lifetime to do it...

    I DO NOT like the new format on Yahoo email; please bring back Classic Mail. I get a headache from this new format, what an ugly way to display things. Please set me back with the Classic Mail. Don't you think you have to ask our permission before changing the format?

    Since a couple of days I got this Filter by unread option in mail. Before it was "sort by unread". I want this sort method back. There already is an "unread" folder so I don;'t need a filterer for that in my inbox. in my inbox I want all my mail and I want to be able to "sort it by unread". Please bring back the previous sorting, also for "starred".
