I hate the new mail format. It's confusing. I'm missing many important emails from contacts and businesses because of how you now have my mail organized. Please go back to the old way or I will definitely be finding a new email provider.

The new inbox has removed the ability to select "Filter messages like this" to pre-fill a new inbox filter based on the email you're currently reading. What used to be a simple 3 or 4 click operation now requires me to go to my settings, go to 'filters', copy paste the information from the email into the correct fields in the filter, save it, and then go back to my inbox. And now you've disabled my ability to use the old style inbox.
Why are you making the newest version of Yahoo Mail worse by removing functionality, and forcing users to switch to a version that creates more work?

It's not my imagination, it can be used in the new mail and every other email service I use.

If ya'll keep pushing a new and unwanted Yahoo email format, I will drop Yahoo email. You get only one warning.

Just as a suggestion, it would be nice if there was another way to differentiate the new e-mails received from the old ones because at least on the dark theme it is not the most noticeable in the world, the old look with the dot of a different color was enough obviously

Bring back old view. Leave people's settings/screen appearance alone please. Just focus on making sure you provide good service and mail to people, not on controlling settings that people are used to. If wanted it changed, we would have changed it ourselves.

Have had Yahoo mail for MORE than 20 years! Now the only way to look at my emails is to pay monthly? In my basic mode that I have had for years most of the time won't run half the time for ads loading! Says NO INTERNET connection, ********!

You apear to be uncaring about "fully" testing before implementing. I suggest you revisit the teams efforts. It feels like a lack of care for the succuss of the effort, and a lack of understanding your user base for what is important to work. What's your process for success? Use the 3 P's, People-Product-Process. all of which need to operate at highest level to get the most success. Is this the result you were looking for? Then tune up your 3-P's.
At present ,we are all hurting, as we are burdened with finding disasters as we troubleshoot for you. -

Why was the My Yahoo RSS Reader deleted, and why no replacement. The My Yahoo RSS Reader is/was the best RSS Reader not only on the Internet, but World Wide Web.
The options it offered, so far, is not available on other RSS Readers. Are there any plans to bring it back?
Please do. It is missed, very much.
Please bring it back. -

The new E-Mail is horrible. I used to get a lot more E-mail than I do now. You have to open it to read it no preview before opening. It is definitely not pleasing to the eye, and at 72 years old that is a problem. I have been on yahoo mail since I got my first computer and now I am going to change to Comcast. Every time something is new, it seems to be worse.

I can not believe after all of these years that you are now asking for an extra fee just so I can read my full email page. This is extortion! Please return my email page to the way it has been for nearly 21 to 23 years. I'm so tired of big business squeezing everyone just to make an extra profit. Please return my email page to the way it has always been.

When you switched to the new version of mail, I almost changed back to the old version because it was in light mode. When updating settings, to smooth transition, keep the light setting the same in the future by user if possible. It ensures that users are comfortable with the light setting they are used to and prevents knee jerk reactions to go back to previous setting based on an arbitrary feature.

WOW, I can finally search my contacts using the nickname. Haven't been able to do that in about 10 years. It worked in the old/inferior Yahoo address book, but not our new/improved one? Remember that old one? when we could touch on a contact and see what lists it was a member of? Yeah, that one.
p.s. Sure would be nice if we could just type the nickname into the "to" field of a new email and the email address would be shown. But, no, that only worked in the old/inferior, not the new/improved. smh.
