Redesign the whole site. IT'S AWFUL!!
It's just AWFUL, confusing and very badly designed. It's no wonder most businesses don't want to deal with it. Trying to forward on an email chain is something that should be so easy, took me over an hour to do. Yahoo mail is not a professional option for mail.
