How can we improve New Mail?

Email "Reply" vs "Reply All"

When reading an email, "Reply to Sender' icon should appear by default, NOT where it requires one to scroll to see it.
Allowing users to rearrange the icons to their liking would be the best solution.

    Too many people already use "Reply All" unnecessarily; you don't have to make it EASIER than using "Reply".
