  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.

    I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

  4. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  7. When will Yahoo Calendar restore public ICS sharing links?

    The page shows Calendar sharing links temporarily unavailable.
    We are developing a calendar integration system, and we depend on Yahoo Calendar ICS subscription links to sync user calendar events.

    We understand this feature is temporarily disabled for maintenance. Could you please advise:

    1. Why are the calendar ICS sharing links currently unavailable?
    2. Is there an estimated timeline to restore the ICS calendar sharing function?

    CalDAV is not a suitable alternative for our product scenario. We hope the ICS sharing function can be restored as soon as possible.

    Our initial name display on our profile icon which only appear our firwt name initial and our surname initial was not been shown or display here. This is what I encountered. Please rectify.

  13. Sort unread emails by sender name

    For months I have asked for the ability to sort unread emails by Senders name whether it’s in the inbox or unread folder. Over a month ago, I was contacted by a supervisor and I provided information she requested. I have tried following up multiple times with no response. Is this how the company and management operates? Does anyone have any information to provided or will I keep getting ignored?

    I can't seem to restrict my search to a particular mailbox any more. Also I can't search for keywords any more. It allows me very limited options to search -- mostly by sender. Not very useful.

  16. Fix your spam!

    My idea is for you to figure out a way to do something about the multitude of spam emails that I am getting. In the last 24 hours I have received 129 spam mails. There are pornographic spam mails included more often than not. I am an elderly woman and am offended. I just spoke to one of your tech representatives after waiting for almost an hour and he advised me that nothing could be done about this. This is absolutely absurd. I have been a subscriber for a long time and your service has only gotten worse........maybe only for…

    I received an email 2 days ago & tried to open the invitation. It did not open after verification & sent me back to the invitation. After that I have not been receiving any email not even one I sent from my Hotmail account. Please help resolve the issue problem.

    It would be fantastic if Yahoo Mail ACTUALLY WORKED!!!!!!! You site sucks! I can't access any emails in my trash or perform a search because you worthless site won't load anything.
