1. Yahoo Mail Plus

   Hello, I have been using Yahoo Mail for many years. I have approximately 421 disposable email addresses in my account. I would like to continue creating new addresses while keeping my existing ones, but I am no longer able to add any more.

   When I attempt to subscribe to Yahoo Mail Plus, I receive a "Not supported in your region" notification before even reaching the payment stage. I reside in Turkey.

   Is my inability to create new addresses due to an account limit, a subscription requirement, or a regional restriction? Is there a supported way for me to continue using this feature without losing my existing addresses?

2. Cannot type anything in the body of the email on android mobile

3. Sending Emails

   Hi, I have a Samsung S26+ and for the past two days, I cannot type anything into the body of the email when trying to send an email. I tried all Online solutions (clear cache Force Stop etc) and none worked. I did uninstall and reinstall the app which solved the issue for about 24 hours and now the same issue where I cannot type anything into the body of the email. Secondly, for several months, when I scroll within the app, the scrolling is too fast. I had also reported this. please fix. Thank you

7. Not have emails disappear

   I have lost years of emails from my account. It happened on Monday 2nd November. I suddenly had no email between that date and 09/2022. I asked for a restore and some came back. But I am still missing over a year. The same happened with my Icloud email but they have sorted it. I’ve asked for 2 more restores but nothing has happened. I tried to contact you but no one is available today. I’m very very disappointed in this, please can you contact me to sort out. I have an iPhone. They are not in junk or my bin and I have no VPN apps.

   I was switched to the new email and not allowed to go back, I can live with that but the new version seems much slower to react to clicks that the old one, is it ' just my imagination'

12. Email DELETE Function Default Setting Adjustment Requested

    Please provide a standard default setting for the DELETE function so it only deletes "inbox" emails and NOT "ALL" emails. Items in folders should NOT be removed even when deleting by sender's name.
    Right now the only way to prevent that is you need to go in and select "inbox" first to delete only inbox email.
    This is an uneccessary extra step that wastes time for users.
    Folder emails often save important information and should not be automatically removed by the delete function.
    If you don't want to reset the DELETE default setting for everyone at least let user's set their own default for this function.

15. Help me sort by sender and allow me to compose outgoing mail on screen

    I get an incredible number of emails on a daily basis. Some are important and a great number of them are a waste of time.
    On the old version of yahoo mail I could sort my inbox by sender. That would allow me to delete multiple emails quite quickly. Is there any way I can do sorts like that in the new version? Having to do them one at a time is pitifully slow.
    I tried to send an email the other day and it all appeared on one line that scrolled off the page. My contact said he couldn't read it. That has forced me to use another service to send my emails.
    These two obstacles in the new version of Yahoo have me wondering if I should switch to another service and I'd rather not.
    When I try to get the online 24 hour support I just get put onto a promotion for premium support - there doesn't appear to be any way to access the "..support you need, 24/7"
    I'd like to stay with Yahoo because I've used it for 20 years or so, and up until this switch it's been great.

19. Have all emails show up on my phone app and the yahoo website when I log in from my home computer.

    Basic is clunky and hard to use. I don't like having to scroll through the entire message to get to the action buttons. The newest version is slow. On either version not all of my contacts are in my contat list. It frequently will not pull up addresses that I have emailed a hundred times. Not all of my emails show up. Some disappear when I switch from basic to the newer version. Different emails will show on my phone app then if I log into yahoo on my home computer. Yahoo email has stopped working on my Iphone app. There are lots of free email apps *'ll never pay for an upgraded email account.
