How can we improve New Mail?

Not populating email addresses from my contacts

Please populate my email addresses again. Your fix does not work - enhance already is enabled but it still will not populate my email addresses and it used to. I am going to have to use another email because this is not working

    I cannot access my Contacts as folder is empty.

    Why oh why oh why have you not fixed this issue!!!!! It is a disgrace that there is no response from Yahoo but I am guessing it's because you cannot fix it. For months I, along with what sounds like many others cannot populate email addresses which from a working point of view is an absolute nightmare.

    I am guessing there will be no response yet again. Waste of time. I will be changing providers.

    Why hasn't this been fixed yet, it's August? You are supposed to be "Yahoo" and you don't know what has happened to your customers' accounts and offered up a fix!!!!!! Plus, when this happened 2 -3 months ago, I could still pull addresses automatically from my group lists, just not individuals. Then about 10 days ago, all the addresses in just one of my group lists disappeared but, they were all still in my contact list as individuals. What is so complicated about this YAHOO and why haven't you fixed this? There is a common thread here, find it and FIX IT!

    YAHOO MAIL DOES NOT AUTOFILL CONTACTS WHEN COMPOSING AN EMAIL.
    PLEASE FIX. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS THAT I HAVE THIS PROBLEM.
