schedule
It appears that the "schedule" option for sending an email is only available on the Mail for Android app. (It may be available on the iPhone version too, but I wouldn't know because I don't use Apple products.)
Why is this not available on the desktop version?
And why does scheduling an email require you to compose the email in the "Scheduled" folder? This should be a sending option; selecting "Schedule" and then inputting the desired date and time should then put the email in the "Scheduled" folder.
Finally, it appears that scheduled emails also appear in the "Drafts" folder, which is confusing.

Yes currently it is only available in the apps for both Android and iOS. Having it added to desktop has been a popular request from our Community. We are definitely aiming to do that. Thanks!
