Emails Missing from Sent Folder
All emails in the "Sent" folder dated between 19.07.2016 and 06.02.2023 have disappeared, even though I have not deleted them. I've sent a request to restore the lost emails to ymail-mobileweb-feedback@yahooinc.com on 25.09.2023 but haven't even received confirmation that my request has been received. Please fix the problem!

Hello and thanks for your reply. The sent emails between July 2016 and February 2023 have disappeared from both desktop and mobile version. Also, my emails to: ymail-mobileweb-feedback@yahooinc.com, reporting the problem, where sent on September 25th and September 26th 2023, and I didn't get any delivery failure notice. Should I send screenshots of the sent folder to the above-mentioned email address, or should I use a different address? Tyvm.

Hi there, we do not have an email from you, can you please resend us an email? Screenshots of them missing from Desktop and appearing in another platform, like the mobile web version would be helpful. Thanks!
