Attachment is Hiding or Missing After Mail Opened by another Technology Device
Fix the missing/hiding "attachment(s)" after mail has been received and opened by a different technology device. I had to return to the device for which I opened the actual mail on to retrieve the attachment(s). Not acceptable.
Hi Dwan, so you opened an email with the app and the email had an attachment and then you opened from say the Desktop and no attachment? Can you please elaborate on the "technology device" so we can try to replicate? Thanks.
