    I don't use the stationery all of the time but it is always nice to have it when I do. It makes special messages more than just an email message.

    I understand the stationery backgrounds were not a popular feature and therefore removed. I'm just one voice, but I used them often and I miss having this feature. That's all.

    I use the Gifs and backgrounds daily with my family and friends emails. It sets the mood, either my mood or a mood I want to convey to the receiver..the brighten up the day. A blank page is really boring. Personally, if you feel you need to remove something, get rid of the little emojis..they are too small to be seen anyway.

    Thank goodness! GIFs will be ridiculed so much in a few years. Can't wait for this plague to vanish.

    well folks, after posting numerous times and contacting support I have just been informed Gifs will not be restored. I am extremely upset about this. I practically begged to get them back. they really cheered up my friend whose son has end stage cancer. guess yahoo doesn't care.

    Yes I miss the theme's and background, those wonderful GIF'S and stationary changes for seasons were awesome...bring them back!!!

    There used to be an option for stationary. I guess this has been removed. Not happy with that idea. This was a nice feature. Now you're just a plain email provider. May start looking into other providers to see if they have a stationary feature.

    I have used stationary and GIF's for YEARS!!! I love them. I do not see how it hurts anything or bothers anyone who doesn't choose to use them. PUT THEM BACK.
