Have suddenly stopped receiving emails from Xero. Not gone to spam, no filters set to cause the issue. Tried "contact us" option in yahoo, it just sends me back to start every time? Help!

I am no longer getting email promotions from Ulta , Bath & Body works for some reason. I changed nothing. Not in SPAM either

Since the end of January 2024, I have stopped receiving subscribed updates from niteflirt.com. But by god, I'm getting more phishing spam! Last time this happened, Yahoo had updated its whitelist/blacklist and indiscriminately blocked legitimate adult content sites. I've checked all my settings as the troubleshooting chatbot demanded, and nothing is wrong on my end. Chatbot then plays ignorant and throws me to the expensive pay-per-help help desk. Nope. Yahoo blocked it, Yahoo can fix it.

DEAR YAHOO...... HOW DO I GET THIS RESOLVED? THIS SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY WAY i CAN CONTACT YOU, I TRIED THE "CONTACT US" OPTION AND IT JUST SENDS ME BACK TO THE START EACH TIME. THIS IS BECOMING VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi - thanks for the quick response. It appears to only be any emails from Xero (and it would be 2 different email addresses that I have received emails from in the past without issue). It's occurring on desktop and the app on my mobile. Thanks :)

Are those the only emails you are not receiving? Also, is it only Desktop where you are not receiving emails? How about your mobile device (mobile web or the app?) Can you please check? This will help us narrow down the issue. Thank you!
