I already told Cox how disappointed and frustrated I am that I got handed off to an email service that looks second rate. Ads in my emails?? Give me a break! Don't we get enough spam? Plus my spam filters aren't working. I can't create group email contacts lists, I can't sort my mail like I used to. This is like going from a Cadillac to a Yugo. I'd love to know if anyone in Yahoo universe actually reads these complaints. This isn't an "idea", it's a complaint!
