Respectfully, Yahoo Mail customer service is IMPOSSIBLE for receiving help because no solution occurs UNLESS I pay. Not fair. F grade!
My problem: The default appearance of my left column email folders is NOT correctly spaced, but no help navigation tactic works to fix it. I am ONLY able to fix the alignment and appearance for the "in box" and "send box" rows for email. Solution? Please send a link with directions. BETTER, how do I sent a screenshot to show you my problem? Your customer service help is hidden...poor...and I do NOT wish to pay for a simple problem that should be easy to fix by myself.

Yahoo mail (sorry) is an F grade for navigation. Several problems with email that I am required to use because I have Apple Mail...and it allies with Yahoo Mail. This relationship is an ongoing problem because of Yahoo Mail's several bugs/problems, including: 1) When I send an email from my other Yahoo Mail accounts, it's impossible to know where to easily find my "sent" messages when there's several emails exchanged with the same person. 2) Email messages disappear suddenly without my creating wrong settings. Terrible. 3) Worse: Any questions I have requiring solutions are IMPOSSIBLE to solve because Yahoo Mail has NO customer service help unless I pay. NO email to a customer service person is possible....No online chat is possible...... 4) My Yahoo Mail is ruined by how easily "junk email" people can reach me...and I must filter through several "junk" email messages BEFORE I find a true worthy email message. F grade. If I could complain to an agency/regulator about Yahoo Mail and Yahoo, I would and I will now that I have some time after work deadlines. Please feel free to send a link with how I can contact customer service with a phone number to reach a true person. Thank you....Please write me with solutions, especially the phone number to reach a true person personally.
