Losing emails
I don't know why you want to lose my business but I lost all of my 2023 emails somehow so I'm already moving my email over to Gmail. Tonight everything got put in the trash. I don't know why you are so determined to make sure I lose everything I would like to save but I have other options so I would think you would work to ensure your platform doesn't suck. I lost many tax documents for 2023 so anything serious already got moved. I don't trust yahoo anymore. Many years of good service but you are screwing up too much lately

Hi Janet, we assure you we don't put anything in the Trash. You control your own emails and inbox. If your emails are going to Trash, your account might have been compromised. We recommend immediately changing your password and checking your Filters. If you need additional help, you can contact our Customer Care team at help.yahoo.com.
