How can we improve New Mail?

Downloading attachments not working. Can only use Preview and then right click to Save Image as. Please fix.

I used to click on the name of the attachment which then opened up the Download function. This no longer works nor does the download icon in Preview. I have to right click on the preview image and select Save Image As. What a pain! Fix it.

This issue is currently under investigation, we appreciate your patience and understanding while our team finds a fix ASAP. As a workaround, the attachments can be downloaded using the Basic version of the webmail. To switch to the Basic version of the webmail, log in at mail.yahoo.com from a laptop/PC browser, click on Settings > More Settings then the option "Switch to basic Mail" will be on the left side.

    Wen I attach a file to an outgoing e-mail the window for the e-mail resizes and I can't see the CC and Subject windows, and a large part of my mail.
    Every time I have to close the browser tab, open a new one, and start editing the saved draft.
    Would be nice to fix it after a year or so. Issue is on Firefox (haven't tried other browsers).

    It would be great to be able to download all attachments from multiple messages (email) at once, filtering by date of the message, attachment type, sender...

    As of today, attachments just won't download. Using Windows, tried on several different browsers. No message, no nothing. Clicking to download does absolutely nothing.

    I cannot download attachments from incoming emails. Instead I am having to forward emails with attachments to a different email and download from there.

    This needs to be resolved.

    I can not print or download any of my emails all of a sudden. I was just doing both earlier, and now I can't from my desktop on any browser or on from mobile.

    Dear yahoo, you are not helpful GFY. This is for users in my situation:

    Can't Print or download attachments?

    Try selecting the attachment title, (text below thumbnail.) Right click, select "open link in new tab"

    For me this is forcing the download and making it available to save or print.

    PRINT BUTTON NOT WORKING IN MOZILLA OR CHROME FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME. TYPICALLY, PRINT BUTTON FUNCTIONALITY RETURNS AFTER A RESTART. BUT, NOT TODAY APPARENTLY. I DO NOT WISH TO UPGRADE. I'M FINE WITH ADS. PLS RETURN PRINT BUTTON FUNCTIONALITY SO I CAN PRINT A SIMPLE EMAIL. WTF!!!!!!!

    I can't print my emails. Nothing happens when I select the printer icon. I have tried changing browsers, but that didn't help
    I don't want to buy support, please help!
