How can we improve New Mail?

Have a help section for printing problems

When I try to print an email, nothing happens. If I have an attachment and click on Preview, I am able to print the preview.
Unable to print commenced this week, and previously I didn't have any trouble - why can't I print? It is so hard to get solutions to problems

    I cannot print from Yahoo Mail. When I click on the Printer icon, nothing happens. I can print other documents as usual. Please help.

    I either have to copy and paste the email or do a Screen Print and this is frustrating and takes up time.
