How can we improve New Mail?

Contact list

There is a bug in Yahoo email contact. Whenever a new contact is added, it reverts to non contact and the contact is not saved. This has gone one for a long time and at first I thought it was a one off bug but this is consistent. This is no way to have an email system. Very poor software.

    This has been like that since 2023 resulting in a poor contact list database.
