Fix SPAM to really remove something from it and move it to the INBOX!!

I want to know how many times I need to mark something as NOT SPAM before it actually apprears in my inbox?????? I have repeatedly marked emails from my bank as not spam and they KEEP appearing in SPAM. These addresses are in my address book and I know of nothing else to do except keep marking them not spam!!! PLEASE PLEASE FIX IT!!!

    I have the same problem with the bank emails which i have received 11k e-mails from the same email adress and not somehow they are landing repeatedly in Spam folder no matter how much times i marked them as not spam!!!
    Please fix this! -_-

    It is hard to get through all the spam to see what really should be legitimately be in my Inbox. This is not only annoying but time consuming as well.

    Get it together Yahoo Mail and soon.

    Why doesn't Yahoo Mail place Spam emails into the Spam folder? I'm getting almost all spam in my Inbox. Why??? Yahoo didn't do that before.

    The only post I could find relating to this is more than a few years old. I have emails from my contacts/VIP contacts being filtered into spam. They weren't getting filtered into spam before. Now no matter what I do they get put in spam. I really, really hate it.

    This is ridiculous!!!! I have marked these emails either NOT SPAM or MOVE TO INBOX over and over and over again and NOTHING WORKS!!! FIX IT!!!!
