    THE SPAMMING IS COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL. YAHOO HAS DONE NOTHING TO IMPROVE IT. FILTERS ARE A JOKE. YOU MUST TAKE RESPONSIBILITY.

  2. Make sure next time, when the version updated no email will disappeared.

    Most Email folders are empty. Folders remain but are empty. Bank and credit card folders are empty. BMO Bank and Capital One Venture, Aurora Health, etc.

    When I click on my e-mail, it is bringing-up the ad vs. the message. This has to be a bug?

  4. More honesting. Better customer service. Responses to escalation tickets that are not garbage.

    My idea: Yahoo should provide honest communication instead of confusing communication.
    My idea: Yahoo should clearly state that it is doing a drastic downgrade on paid mail accounts. Not doing so is slimly

    Hello: The above message to me was referring to my request to bring back the old sort options.

    I need the sort on SUBJECT when in the DRAFT Folder. Please add that option again.
