  1. spam not being filtered out

    I never used to get so much spam in my inbox, it was always filtered out to the correct place. Lately (the last week or so), all the spam that used to go directly to my spam folder is ending up in my inbox. WHY????

  3. GET RID OF IT!!!

    I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR ALL OF MY EMAILS EVER SINCE YOU MADE US SWITCH TO NEW MAIL. I FINALLY FIND OLD MAIL AGAIN AFTER MONTHS OF LEAVING FEEDBACK THAT I COULD NOT FIND ALL MY EMAILS. NOW THAT I HAVE FIND MY OLD MAIL, I HAVE BEEN DELETING MONTHS OF OLD EMAILS THAT I THOUGH WERE GONE. SHAME OF YOU YAHOO FOR PUTTING US IN SUCH STRESS FOR MONTHS WITHOUT EXPLAINING WHERE MY EMAILS HAD GONE.

    I thought I was just losing my mind when I couldn't find the Stationery option for my messages. I looked and looked for months thinking I just needed to look harder for it & that it must have been moved to another area in my e-mail...but one day I searched online for it & was SO disappointed to find that it had actually been removed altogether.     What's with the sudden flood of 'spam'? Obscene spam, phishing, and offers, flooding my mailbox. Did you lose the ability to filter these things?

    I have another Yahoo account that you have blocked access to. Yesterday, I was still able to log-in to that other account, but as of today, after using the correct password, it says "Try a device you’ve signed in with before". Well, I am using the same device always. This is the only laptop computer that I am using in the last 15 years! However, I do reinstall the windows operating system about once a week. It may look like a new device, but it is the exact same one. Moreover, I am able to log-in to this current Yahoo…

  11. Change the "Move" Drop Down to remain showing the last time used and not return to the top

    A long time ago, when we selected an email and used the "Move" drop down to select a folder, moved the email, the Drop down would remain where the folder was selected and not return to the top folder. Many times, we get an email, send a reply, move the inbox email to a folder, then go to the Sent folder to move the sent email to the same folder, we have to scroll down and find the folder again.

    Leaving the Drop down showing the folder from the last selection screen would be more efficient than always having to…

  12. Featured by Yahoo ads suck up all the space for reading emails!!!!

    The "Featured by Yahoo" ads that appear in the middle of my screen and eat up space for viewing messages are horrible. I understand as a free service, ads are part of the deal and they are fine to side where I glance at them. But DO NOT eat up the limited space for the content that keeps me coming back to your site (i.e., my emails) !!!! It's not like I couldn't move to another email site in about 30 minutes....

    Your new mail changes need some work. When you make a decision to perform such a drastic change to your mail service you should be taking into account those of us who have been loyal to you since your beginnings. I have had this account for twenty-one years plus! That's a lot of loyalty. With your changes what are you going to do for us? I havve been trying to find out how much storage I'm using but your directions are so unclear and when I try to use them I get into my account but find nothing about storage.
