    Hello Yahoo Support,

    I am writing because I am experiencing inconsistent user interfaces between my two Yahoo accounts.

    My main account (sonical.7game@yahoo.com) is currently stuck on an older version of the Yahoo Mail interface. It uses the legacy design (rectangular buttons, older toolbar layout).

    My secondary account (master.bloger15@yahoo.com) has the correct, modern design (rounded buttons, cleaner layout).

    Troubleshooting steps I have already taken:

    I have confirmed that the "old" account is NOT in "Settings > Switch to Classic Mail" mode. It is in standard mode, but the standard mode is an outdated version.

  2. Remove Attachment from Sent Email

    Hello,
    I would like to request a feature that would significantly improve storage efficiency and email management in Yahoo Mail.
    Currently, after sending an email with an attachment, it is not possible to remove only the attachment from the copy stored in the “Sent” folder while keeping:
    - the original message headers (date, time, recipient, subject)
    - the message body
    - the original message ID
    This functionality would be extremely useful for users who want to retain a verifiable record of the sent email while avoiding unnecessary long‑term storage of large attachments that are no longer needed.

  5. please make a easier way to change the current password.

    Dopo essere entrata nella mail, non riesco a modificare la mia attuale password.
    Sono a conoscenza che dovrei trovare una opzione nel menù :MODIFICA PASSWORD, ma non la trovo.
