    I was informed that my mailbox is 90% full. How can I delete old files? How far back does my files go. I have not used or consulted files dated back over 5 years. Thanks.

    As it is generated a new email because of delayed login, I am not able to access my previous emails. I wish to retrieve some of my certificates from my yahoo email. Please help

  7. How do I switch from the old yahoo mail version to the new one?

    I switched back to the old yahoo mail version because I can't find the setting to ungroup my email conversation which I needed it in order to delete an email that has failed to send. But now, I dont see the option to switch back to the newer mail version.

  8. Feature Request: Option to Block Emails by Domain Name

    I am a regular user of Yahoo Mail and would like to share a feedback and feature request regarding spam email management.

    While the existing “Block Email” feature is useful, many spam emails continue to bypass it by frequently changing the sender’s email name while using the same domain. This makes individual email blocking ineffective and time-consuming.

    I would like to suggest adding an option to block entire domain names (for example: @exampledomain.com) within the Block Email or Spam settings. This feature would significantly improve spam control, enhance user experience, and reduce repetitive manual actions.

  9. Please remove the email grouping by date.

    Please give an option to remove the email grouping by date. It is very annoying and takes too much space on the screen. If you go to online forums you'll find too many people complaining about having a feature that they do not want and cannot be removed.

  11. Profile will not update to new name

    I married ten years ago and despite my yahoo profile being updated with my new name, yahoo will not stop using my old name in the sent from field. To me this is unacceptable. People who have never known me before being married don't understand who the email is from.
