THE CLOSEST BIG CITIES NEAR ME FOR EASTERN STANDARD TIME, ARE ATLANTA, GA. AND KNOXVILLE, TN. PLEASE EXPLAIN. THANK YOU.

From/To information in emails
Is there a way to turn off the new, expanded information (From/To) that appears in messages as of yesterday? It's very distracting and makes it difficult to scan subject, top part of content with opened emails. So much so, that I just scan in the inbox, rather than opening emails.

Show full e-mail address in app inbox to reduce phishing.
I have had a couple of e-mails through from what look like reputable sources. On the yahoo mail app, you can only see the name that the sender wishes you to see. Could you please make it easier to be able to see the full e-mail address to help identify when the e-mail is actually fake / phishing?
For example, I was contacted by what looked like UK TV Licensing. The e-mail looked normal - it said I needed to pay for the… -
How come you don't empty spam and trash boxes at regular intervals any more?
You used to have a setting that allowed us to set a time frame for having spam and trash boxes emptied at regular intervals. Why is that no longer available. I have to keep manually emptying them every couple of weeks. Very annoying.

I want to have a drop-down menu for which e-mail address I want to send from, like it used to be! :(
I have multiple Yahoo e-mail addresses under one account, but it won't let me change which account is the default and it now won't even let me choose another one of the accounts to send from. Bring back the drop-down menu to select a "From" e-mail address!

Font is LOCKED in TINY!
Font is locked in TINY. Settings DO NOT RESPOND when I change the font to LARGE, which is what I want.

All the ads ****. This is the worst email ever. Will start to use Gmail exclusively if this is what Yahoo has become. Dying like every other old school irrelevant company that can't adapt and make things easier.

Stop Flashy Ads in Email
Please allow users to choose non-moving ads only in email. The flashy ads make it impossible to concentrate on business emails and cause migraines in some. I see a lot of other comments here saying the same. Many of us have been forced to divert our customers to other email services because of it. Thank you.

The New Mail is impossible to manage. It is awkward and settings do not work at all. I've now lost my signature line. Old email please.
Please return me to the old Yahoo as this one is unmanageable. If not, I will switch to gmail which I am currently trying out.

I am trying to check how much storage i have used. Your website says this is available under "Settings" but it is not. Please make it easier to check on storage usage.

Scroll bars and printing
i hate the lack of a scroll bar on both sides! Same as all the ones below! And I can't get emails to print. When I hit the print button ...... flipping ads come up. email will not come up to print

Signature in email
It worked for a few days and now no longer. What is going on? I can put it in the signature area but my people do not receive anything. Can this be fixed? I might have to switch to gmail and say goodbye to yahoo. I have liked yahoo all these years but now, especially with this new stuff, nothing is working right. Very frustrating. Can this be fixed? I can't change the name on my account. I have gone into the Personal Information page and changed the nickname and my name, but still the wrong name still shows when I send an email.

I dont like the Large Ads all over the Page it Often is larger than the mail
THe Ads are Huge. It Distracts from the Mail, and Ads are 1/3 of the Page

I have been paying for Yahoo Mail Pro through my Apple Subscriptions for over a year now. I pay $9.99 a year for this service. I see all these advertisements about the “Priority Customer Service” that comes with this subscription, yet I can never find anywhere to reach customer service. In the search setting put in a setting to search for ------ emailed contact and allow the search to group plus setting for contacts that are similar

MOVE THE REFRESH SYMBOL BACK TO WHERE IT WAS, IN THE MIDDLE
Please move the REFRESH SYMBOL back to the middle of the page where it was (Near the bookmark symbol).
Every time I want to refresh, which are many, I pause and have to remember where it is now.
Please move it back
