  2. Improvement required on spam filter

    Everytime I login to my account, its full of junk mails. Even if there are any important mails I am unable to find them within the huge pile of junk mails.
    There is no feature in the settings menu where we can improve the spam filter. Pathetic !!!!

  3. cant fix time and date on my account. sent multiple messages and my time and date still wrong

    my time and date it wrong, sent emails to customer care no one have helped me, and the time and date is still wrong, which is kind of bad because everything is suppose to be smart but this isnt and its very annoying to keep getting the run around and still nothing worked

    i have deleted lot's of email and storage from my email box, i have also clear my trash, spam and still i don't see the storage clear. I have also try to upgrade and it is saying this offer is not available in my area. What can i do?

    CHANGE INBOX FONT

    The new font for the desktop version of the inbox and reading emails is too small, too skinny, and is an eyesore. Either the font needs to be changed or you should have the ability in settings to change the font to something easier to read. Currently, you are only allowed to change your font in the mail you compose. You should be able to change the font in how you see and read emails as well.

    The new format totally SUCKS change it back immediately and do do **** like this again... especially w/o ASKING.... Go back or I'm importing all my files to g mail. In fact I think I'll just do that now! CRAPOLA

    You can save your login info, by checking the ‘’stay signed in’’ option on the sign in page and make sure to not clear your cache and cookies in your browser.

    I have a desktop, 2 laptops, and 2 iphones used almost exclusively at my house on my wifi. Why do I have to have double login on a private computer? I can understand it from another location (if I ever travel again), but I use it for personal and school. Doesn't make sense. We're two old people who trust each other with our codes!

  17. Outlook accounts not connecting in Yahoo Mail

    I'm unable to connect any Outlook.com accounts using Settings → More Settings → Mailboxes → Add mailbox → Outlook.

    The Microsoft OAuth flow completes successfully:

    I sign in successfully.
    I receive the Microsoft permission (consent) screen.
    I click Accept.
    The popup closes.
    Yahoo immediately displays: "Canceled connecting [email] to your Yahoo account."

    I've reproduced this with:

    Multiple Outlook.com accounts
    Multiple Yahoo accounts
    Chrome, Chrome Incognito, and Safari
    IMAP enabled in Outlook
    Yahoo permissions removed and re-authorized

  18. Add some actual customer support to fix issues that can't be fixed by just reading the FAQ.

    My old phone was deactivated so I had to get a new one with a new number. I'm now locked out of one of my accounts because even though it's connected to two others that belong to me, It's still demanding I use my old phone to log in. I can't do a damned thing about it now so I have to make another email and update every site I used with the old one because I can't get access to it anymore.
