  1. Ads take too much room on reading pane

    I don't mind the ads on the side but the ads along the bottom take up to much room, make them smaller or better yet get rid of them.

  2. Don't get rid of notepad!

    Just got the update that Yahoo is getting rid of Notepad!! Why?? This is ludicrous! First you get rid of email theme for emailing and now you're getting rid of my most used feature!!
    I have a business that runs YAHOO and this is a very useful tool in one place.
    Why are you doing this??

  3. Additional storage options need to be improved ASAP.

    Getting additional space on Yahoo needs to be improved.

    Current options are :
    Free: 15 GB || £1.99/ mo: 100 GB || £9.99/ mo: 1 TB

    Can Yahoo come up with something like 50GB and amount payable quarterly/half-yearly/yearly?

    Why does it have to be monthly ONLY????

  4. Restore the Block Sender option

    Where did the "Block Sender" button go? I was cleaning up my Inbox, and suddenly it was gone! Was there, somehow, a limit to how much Spam we're allowed to block? One thing that's more annoying than getting 25-30 spams a day, is the surprise "upgrades," and having useful things disappear without a heads-up.

  5. Start addressing SPOOFED email addresses in BLOCKING

    It's a new day in email, traditional blocking is no longer effective. Today I have 8 scam spams from the same sender using obvious spoofs. My spam has gone from near zero to 12 or more daily and rising, all from very few bad actors using an infinite number of spoofed addresses. Yahoo can't keep ignoring this. I'm about to subscribe to Proton Mail, though GMAIL still is superior to Yahoo in dealing with garbage mail.

  6. Not able to download notepad data after 10 time retries

    Not able to download notes data from yahoo account hemus21@yahoo.com, have to tried out multiple times on all browsers on MAC Os, reached out to help desk but till now no response. Please ensure I should be able to download notepad data as soon as possible for this account

  10. GO BACK TO OLD EMAIL SYSTEM OR AT LEAST GIVE US THE OPTION TO USE IT.

    Really HATE the Yahoo!Mail+ Going to take me hours, but will be deleting/moving all emails over to Xfinity/Comcast. We, the Yahoo Mail users, use your system for years and then you willy-nilly change it up on us to something that is no where near as user friendly. YAHOO REALLY SUCKS FOR DOING THIS.

  11. Enable users to remove email aliases

    I'm receiving hundreds of messages per day that were sent to my email alias. I'm unable to remove this alias myself, either in app or the web. Yahoo! Tech Support cays they cannot remove it either.

    I should mention this is an alias I never created. Years ago Yahoo! Mail created it without my knowledge.

    Please enable customers the ability to remove email aliases.

  12. Fix poor performance

    Loading Yahoo Mail drags the performance of browser down almost immediately. Everything becomes slow and unusable. I frequently had to close and reopen it. I just to create a custom, sandboxed chrome shortcut so it only drags itself down and not all of my open tabs.

  14. Please bring back the magnifying glass search shortcut for old emails

    I am writing to request that Yahoo Mail brings back the individual magnifying glass search icon next to emails/senders.
    The current layout makes it difficult to quickly surface and look through older emails that have not been deleted. Previously, clicking the magnifying glass next to a specific sender or within a folder allowed for an instant, seamless historical search. Removing this shortcut has added extra steps and friction to navigating my inbox.
    Please consider restoring this highly useful feature for users who manage large, long-term email archives. Thank you for listening to user feedback.

  16. Email sent to myself are NOT sent to my Inbox!

    This new email is unbelievably frustrating, but today I'm just realizing that email that I send to myself is NOT being sent to my Inbox! This is outrageous! There are many reasons why I must have those appear in my Inbox and not just stay in my Sent folder.

    PLEASE fix this!

  19. I am posting a search problem.

    This is not an idea. This is a problem. Your Customer Care tech support said to post the problem here.

    Regarding the advanced search line, I never had to enter a full word before:
    I could enter "imag" and it would retrieve imaginative.
    I could enter "Prager" and it would retrieve PragerU.
    I could enter "theste" and it would retrieve thesternmethod.

    The reason I enter shortened versions is often because it will pick up similar e-mails under variations. This saves time. And plus I might not know the extended version that it wants for retrieval. And then I get nothing…

  20. calendar messages

    It appears messages received from the calendar are messed up. The body of the email will show for about 2 seconds then disappear. Crazy but that is the only email it does that to. If I forward the calendar message to another yahoo email account it does the same thing. If I forward to a hotmail account it is there. Also, the body disappears during the forward. I am using the current email under yahoo.
