Add an option to turn off AI summaries.
It might be useful for people with robust business-style accounts, but most of my messages are already short, or they're notifications. It makes the "summaries" redundant and obnoxious.

AI summaries are confusing, inaccurate and annoying! We should be able to turn them off for good. I have a paid Yahoo! subscription. I want the full old version back, please.

The AI summaries are confusing and inaccurate and clutter the page. I can read my email all by myself! I turned off the Dynamic Message function hoping it would stop the summaries but so far they are still appearing. I will have to abandon Yahoo if this inaccurate and annoying feature can't be turned off.

Please give an option to turn summaries off. I don't need them and don't want to have to scroll past them. ALSO, PLEASE BRING BACK VIEW OF FULL SUBJECT LINE!!!

I don't like anything about the new Yahoo and AI trying to make it appealing after yahoo couldn't do it a few years ago, when a lot of users voiced their disapproval. Now AI isn't making it any better and I don't like AI trying to help me write e mails and the new look. Yahoo & AI took away our switch back to basic Yahoo option, what's next. I don't think that yahoo even looks at our feedback anymore. I have no idea how we can actually get in touch with Yahoo. It kind of looks like you have to pay for help by phone and absolutely info on line as suggested. Since I'm not getting anywhere with feedback, I will try my feedback on Facebook and see what happens from there. This AI generated Yahoo Mail is no good for users like me 5-6 hours a day. Change back to the old Yahoo Mail.

Get rid of the summary box - only causes confusion - said I sold 100 shares of ABC stock? Really - i don't own ABC stock. I just want to read my own emails. This is stupid AI and USELESS!!

I miss summaries of emails in inbox, etc.
Also, latest incoming don't show.
AI summary annoying.
I like ease of "mark as unread" at top ribbon.

I have used the same yahoo email account for approx. 25 years. I was shocked to see an AI summary at the top of my email today (annoying, inaccurate, invasive, waste of screen space & energy, etc.). I am exploring my options now to leave Yahoo, as well as the affiliated properties that this account has kept me connected to. I hope it is undone immediately.

The more I suffer through this ****** implementation, the more annoyed I get with the stupid AI summaries. They're pitifully inaccurate... but don't try to fix them. Beyond the inaccuracies, they're entirely unnecessary. Just get rid of them. Oh, and fire whoever thought it was a good idea to roll this piece of **** out for a public viewing.

Get rid of these AI summaries in my emails! Then I just have to read the summary AND the email and it's obnoxious! I hate the new categories, i just want all of my emails in one spot, in order, without AI.

It is -extremely- important to me to disable AI notifications. I find this a huge violation of my privacy, for no value at all. It summarized a delivery notification but didn't shorten it, so the summary was useless, and told me I had received "dishes and herbs" - it was yarn. So the summary was also wrong. My continued use of Yahoo as a mail platform is contingent on being able to disable AI summaries.

I completely agree. I just searched in settings on how to turn it off, and then chatted with an agent to learn that it's not possible to turn it off. I would prefer no AI features. The AI summary is unnecessary. It makes the screen more cluttered, and is, IMHO, confusing.
