When deleting an email in the inbox, it deletes and jumps back to the beginning of all emails. Not needed. Just needs to stay in same spot.
Please make the "unread" (sort by senders name) functionality work!

Using the latest old version of Yahoo mail, it would be nicer if when opening email on other than the 1st page did not auto reset back again to 1st page...just started doing that on both my Edge and G.Chrome browsers.

When I return to the inbox after reading an email, it automatically bumps me to the top of the list (most recent). Can you please stop this feature? Also, why are my read emails grey? Isn't the bold typeface enough to indicate read vs. unread?

Very frustrating and anoying -- when marching through emails in your Inbox / Folder to view them in the new Yahoo Mail UI (which looks like Gmail UI), you will not return to the same place in the Inbox list when you close the email you were viewing. You have to scroll around the list to re-find your last position to look at the next email.

I'm using latest Google Chrome. During checking emails and deleting, Yahoo Mail keeps refreshing and putting me back to the top when I was scrolling down a couple of hundred emails. I have to scroll down to find my spot, but then refreshes again and I can never get lower than a 100 emails or so. Also, while writing from a saved draft, Yahoo Mail refreshes and puts me out or opens a new draft, or scrolls down to the bottom of the message. Then finally, the draft disappeared and is nowhere to be found!!! Please bring the old Yahoo Mail format back. This new one is full of glitches on an M1 Macbook Air.

For the first time in 25 years, I'm considering leaving Yahoo Mail. Scrolling in my inbox completely lacks any fluidity and the ads are forcing themselves onto the screen. It is a terrible experience and needs to be redone. Joe

When reviewing mail by sender, I want to be able to open an email, delete it and return to my place in the email folder from where I left off.

In this version, if you scroll down the emails and delete and email, you are brought back up to the top of the email list. That is very anoying. It would be better if the email deletes and you stay in the same place.

Scrolling my email up and down is an atrocious action. It is not smooth and completely glitches. While focused on one email as a reference point, so I know how far down I'm scrolling, the emails jump back, and it's NOT SMOOTH! It is a huge headache to even navigate. Why can we not go back to the legacy version, which didn't have this issue??? This version is literally the worst version of Yahoo mail.

When I it the trash can to delete, the All inbox goes back to the top of the list, not to the next item. This is terribly frustrating.

I am really annoying to use Yahoo mail latest version, every time when I input 1 word, the page will jump to other place, I should to use mouse to back to inputting page, every time. why change version? many other trouble I have not time to complain. in one word, latest version absoultely worse

Scrolling is messed up! when I try going up and down, it's jerky and keeps resetting! Fix it, please!

"Email this list" doesn't work.

Also, when I scroll down in my Inbox, it spontaneously jumps to the top. And when I scroll up in my Inbox, it spontaneously jumps down. It is maddening. Why does this happen? Has anyone else seen this?

With the update, whenever you scroll down to open an email that is not at the top of the box and delete it. You are automatically taken to the top of the inbox. It used to stay where you were.

Why can't I select a default to display emails in chronological order? Oldest first as a default. Doesn't seem that hard.

Also when I delete an email the email list on the left side jumps to the top. Why doesn't it keep the prior placement so I can see the next emails that are sorted.

When I read or delete an email from my Inbox please return me to where I left off . Your making me remember the time or subject of the emails so I can return to where I left off. Not good time management. Making me work harder not smarter .. Thank you... .
