Not recieving email
I'm trying to sign a contract via zoho sign and it's not coming through to my email.
The sales rep shows me from his tools that it should have been sent, but I don't see it in any folder, not even spam. I have verified 3 different times that my email is correct and the sales rep has triple checked that they have sent it.
How can I get my document to my yahoo account?
The tool is Zoho sign.

One change you'll see is a new feature called Inbox Categories. So you'll see at the top of your Inbox, your emails are now organized in Categories. If you're not seeing all your emails, it might be because you're in the Priority tab. Please go to your "All" tab so you can see all your emails. Thanks.
