Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I want my classic mail back. My account does not have option to switch back to the classic/basic mail, and the new one is objectively terrible. Why would you spend so much money for something genuinely useless.

    Terrible, confusing to me, and hard to find new incoming mails. I would like to have the option to return to the old version!

    I feel like I can't see on the new version. Hard to explain. There was nothing wrong with it before. I am in the boat of it's not broke don't fix it.

    Please reconsider the new layout. While the UI is better, it does not make completing tasks easy. If anything, it's making me want to move away completely from Yahoo to another provider. Keep the UI component fresh but keep the old layout and hierarchy.

    yes, I want to be able to go back to the classic mail or something simpler than this new version that so user unfriendly.
    If they don't allow it, I will switch email server.
    The way it is right now is completely unusable

    This has to be a joke???? I just finally got a reply back from yahoo customer care. I will copy & paste it here: "Yahoo Customer Care advises you that switching to the new Yahoo Mail version is not possible, but encourages you to utilize the new features and provide feedback via the feedback forum." Umm what??? I wish switching to the new version wasn't possible LOL. Do they NOT proof read what they type??? This has to be A.I. or something. Oh well whatever...I no longer use this as my primary e-mail anymore. Now its just my spam and junk e-mail. So long yahoo....you had your chance.

    Does Yahoo hate their users? The classic version was perfect for me. It needed nothing and should never be changed. This new **** is as bad as hideous modern "art" that looks like junk....because it IS junk.

    Yahoo just became the worst email out there, a piece of junk. They should listen to their customers if they want to keep us around. We WANT THE OLD VERSION BACK.

    I am not happy with the new version. UX is terrible. It's arrogant and simply STUPID to remove the version used by millions of people even though Yahoo Product Managers want to move the product into a different direction. Yahoo should enable an option of switching to the Classic version.
