Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    change for the sake of change is not a good thing. This change needs a back out option

    Go back to the Classic Version - or at least give.us.the.option! Was a MUCH cleaner view uncluttered w the new (unnecessary) Social Media circles. And REMOVE the "Priority" stamp altogether. You do not know which emails are priority to ME. This New Version has WAY TO MUCH JUNK I'm forced to look at - and overlook - while trying to do my work! Also too much spacing between emails. Give us the option to tighten this verticle spacing up again! Incredibly inefficient format and lousy for us paying subscribers (20 years!) to no longer have the option for a simple, uncluttered & tighter view like before. What was a simple, fast task at my job going through emails is now a nightmare I'm being forced to slow down & sludge through. Nice going removing the option for the simple, clean, fast & easy-to-navigate Classic Version.

    I meant to hit "critical" because THIS MUST CHANGE BACK TO CLASSIC VERSION!!!!! This new way is AWFUL and to 'make us' keep it like this is CRIMINAL! You made it look like some sort of game instead of incoming mail and you can no longer hit the 'button' to 'gather' all the emails from that sender which was SUCH A TIME SAVER!!!!

    The new layout is TERRIBLE, and as of today, you have even removed the option to return to the basic version. I have been using Yahoo mail since 2000 and have never had such a terrible experience with any of you updates until now.

    Even more frustrating is how united your users are in their terrible experiences and requests to return to the previous version, yet your response is that you know better. Completely tone deaf.

    Completely agree, I used to be able to organize my mail by sender, date, subject, etc. Now no more. I could also easily select multiple mails to delete. Now no more.

    Yahoo, You may think you are making this better or easier but you are not. Very frustrating when you change. We have always been able to chose to use the classic version but now you have taken that from us. It take the users valuable time to learn a new system they do not want. In fact your new system is not as user friendly and does not allow you to do many of the same tasks without multiple steps making it less user friendly.

    This new email sucks!!! Change it back to the other way. I have used yahoo for my email sincel 2001. If this doesn't change back, I will be using gmail from now on.

    This new format sucks. Whoever talked you into changing it should look for a new job! I want the old classic version back. When trying to find the link to go back to the Classic Email, I saw this snarky notice from you guys. *Those asking about going back to the old version. Unfortunately, if you do not see the "Go Back" button you cannot go back. We really hope you'll try the new experience! Thanks! " All I have to say about that is phuck you!

    new version is garbage and it's awful that we are forced to change from a working and familiar format to something different in the first place.

    The recently released version is severely lacking in functionality...not user friendly and the appearance is terrible. The instructions provided are ineffective in restoring the classic view. HOW DO YOU SWITCH BACK?

    Still searching for classic view. Instructions do not match what I can see. There is no "more settings" option, There is no "switch to basic mail" option.Why "fix" things that are not broken to please the whims of (and support the job security of) a few employees trying to justify their existence by making unnecessary changes just to show that they have input and authority?
