Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Give us the option to go back! This new version is absolute garbage.

The sidebar with starred emails takes up 1/3 of the screen to be used less than 1% of the time. Absolutely idiotic!
The AI summaries are a distraction. They add absolutely no information. Make them an option.
Overall design looks terrible on a 13" screen. Maybe designers with 30" screens don't see the issue, but on a regular laptop it makes absolutely no sense. There is hardly any space for actual emails.
As a user of over 20 years paying every month for this, I will wait a month or two, and then switch to Gmail. Very reluctantly but I cannot use this garbage UX.
The product manager who came up with this iteration should not only be fired but banned from ever working in the industry.

Please change me back to classic version. I do not like the new version at all. I do not have a settings icon to change it myself. Thanks

BRING BACK THE TREE FOLDER STRUCTURE!!! This new folder structure is terrible to use! I have to click and click and click to find my custom folder. Extremely annoying!
And, why is folder "Starred" there taking up my valuable screen real estate?! I can't see my custom folders I frequently use. But this stupid "Starred" folder is always there and I never use it. GET RID OF IT!

Listen to your users! And trust us as the one's dealing with your updates: The new version sucks and looks like a prototype. You need to go back to the drawing board and in the mean time give us back the old interface and functions. Otherwise there are free Gmail accounts waiting.

Make the classic look available again or improve the options to change the settings of the new look pronto. Right now Yahoo Mail looks like a sucky prototype!

Again, go back to the original version. It was not broken. No need to force us to "upgrade". This is not worthwhile. Is my displeasure coming through Lima Charlie????

When I move emails to a new folder, they are gone when I check later, these were important. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION. I pay $5.00 a month for this??? UGH.

Is there a way to go back to the previous version. The new look and feel is not user friendly.

The new appearance is distracting and so much harder to view than the previous version. I hope there is a way for me to go back.

I should have the option to stay with the classic version and not force into the new version.

I cannot physically use the new format due to visual acuity problems. I run my business through email and this change is causing me financial harm, and you've taken away the ability to change it back, What do I do? I want my inbox back!
