Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    i will be deleting my account if there isnt an option to switch the view back. this is terrible

    It's so important that I am going to start using my gmail instead. That's the only reason I kept yahoo for about 30 years instead of migrating to google 20 years ago when I signed up for my google account. So, goodbye. When you go back to classic I will come back here. In the meantime, i will use gmail that looks like this and is less aggravating because I know what I am getting there.

    This is by far the worst version of yahoo mail I've ever used! If they don't allow us to use the classic version I will be switching to Gmail only! Ive been a yahoo mail user for well over 20 years. This service is ridiculous.

    Why was the option to switch back removed? Why are you arrogantly forcing this on us? I HATE the new look! EXPLAIN WHY YAHOO IS FORCING THIS!

    I may end up closing my yahoo email and suggesting to those I know to do the same. I did not ask or was I given the option to stay on the Classic Version.

    its ridiculous how hard it was to find this location to even make a comment. The new version is awful. I have found Yahoo lately to be so user-unfriendly. Do you really listen to the users? And paying for technical support monthly is ridiculous. I've been with yahoo, a long time...but maybe its time to change.

    I AM TRYING TO MOVE EMAIL TO FOLDERS BUT I HAVE TO MOVE EACH ONE INDIVIDUALLY NOW, THIS NEW SYSTEM SUCKS BIG TIME.

    WHERE IS THE GO BACK BUTTON.....I WANT THE OLD EMAIL BACK

    Please let us go back to classic mail or basic mail. This version is terrible. Switching back isn't even an option anymore!

    I second what Allison said! I literally took me 30 mins just to find out I couldn't even get the classic version back AND find this area to comment. The new version is so bad it may very well force me to switch to Gmail. The whole reason I preferred Yahoo was it was as close to Microsoft Outlook as I could find without having to set up outlook.

    The new version isn't as good as the old version. I want the old version back. Color scheme is bad and no option to change it. Layout makes less sense than the old one. I've been with Yahoo for over 20 years for a reason, now you have taken that reason away. Why? I want my eyes not to hurt while doing my emails. If I wanted this "upgrade" I would switch to gmail. Restore it, you have no reason not to. Seriously.

    Everything is GRAY and I cannot read GRAY. I cannot find a specific mail or date. The new version has no logic built into the very function of mail. I need to go back to CLASSIC MAIL now!

    The new yahoo mail sucks so much. The ease of use is gone, and it's just atrocious to look at. Stop trying to be something you aren't and just stick with the classic version please and thank you!

    TRASH !!!!!!!!!! this new version is ABSOLUTELY TRASH, HORRIBLE, GARBAGE, & most importantly HATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!! by me as well as other users. Pay BLOODY ATTENTION !!!!!! to what your users are saying because we are telling you that this new version is ABSOLUTELY HATED !!!! as well as not wanted yahoo management so listen to us before you find out the hard way that you way equals extinction because you wanted to listed to AI or some other IDIOT(S) whom know nothing about keeping your customers happy. As previously stated by multiple people whom use this platform, the new version is absolutely HORRIBLE !!!!, TRASH !!!!, HATED !!!! & NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!! wanted. WE (THE USERS) WANT THE CLASSIC VERSION BACK & this TRASH !!!!! version gone.
