Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I miss having tabs for emails and lists at the top, instead of unnecessary "offers." The layout is starting to remind me too much of gmail, and that's not a compliment. The search bar works the first time but afterwards it only works if I reload the page. The switch from a simple dot to highlighting unread emails is also an unwelcomed change.
I also DO NOT want to another faulty AI service pushed onto my account. AI usage has more criticism than praise, and rightfully so. It might not seem detrimental to summarize my emails. Yet, I do not find it necessary and a waste of time (as an account user) and resources (for Yahoo!).
This isn't an improvement, this is further platform decay. At the very least you gave me the option to turn off the AI feature and to go back to the old layout.

This new mail is terrible! It is not as easy on the eyes as the previous version, there are no theme/backgrounds, and I get more spam in my inbox now. You should give a person the option of which version they want and not have to pay for the one/older one. Paying should only be if you don't want to see ads. The other version was so much better and it gave the option if you wanted to keep your folders open, making it easier to see them (& subfolders). So many haven't learned that if it's not broke don't fix it.

Allow me to go back to the previous versions of yahoo mail because I don't like the new way that yahoo mail looks or functions. I switched my email all the way back to basic email and that still isn't what I had before the update. Please reach out to me via email if there is a way to swap back to the version of mail I like. I tried all three you currently offer and none of them are similar to what I had before.

NEW VERSION IS PURE GARBAGE. IF FORCED TO USE ONLY IT I WOULD LEAVE YAHOO AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!! NO ONE I'VE EVER SPOKEN TO ABOUT IT LIKES IT.
THE LAST VERSION OF YAHOO MAIL WAS LITERALLY PERFECT!
EVERYTHING WAS RIGHT WHERE IT NEEDED TO BE AND IT MADE SENSE, THERE WAS NO JUMPING THROUGH HOOPS FOR EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO OR CHANGING SOMETHING ABOUT OUR MAILBOXES, LIKE IT IS NOW. YOU HAVE TO DIG JUST TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET RID OF THIS FIASCO YOU CALL THE NEW VERSION, OR "NEW MAILBOX!"
NOW IT'S SIMPLY OVERLY COMPLICATED GARBAGE THAT TAKES TOO MUCH TIME TO GET ANYTHING DONE. I AVOIDED IT LIKE THE PLAGUE UNTIL I FIGURED OUT YOU CAN ACTUALLY CHANGE BACK, BUT IT IS SO NOT EASY TO USE THAT I CAN'T REMEMBER ALL THE ******** I WENT THROUGH TO DO SO.

NO ONE NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR MANY ADDRESSES ON ONE **** ACCESSIBLE PAGE, ESPECIALLY AS DEFAULT, OR PRIORITY THE FIRST THING YOU SO.
WE USE DIFFERENT ADDRESSES FOR A REASON, THAT WOULD BE TO SEPARATE THE ****. Absolutely HATE the new version of mail, the worst update ever. What a mess it's so bad, you need to give us the chance to go back. Mail shouldn't be difficult, don't mess with a good thing.

I do not like the new user interface for Ymail. The redesign has confused me because it tries to mimic Gmail, which I also dislike due to its poor organization and cluttered layout. I prefer the old user interface; it was simpler, the text was easier to read, and the content was better divided. Additionally, the old interface allowed me to customize my color theme and background according to my preferences.

I really don't like the new Yahoo email. It looks very bland. It is hard to delete each email, since you have to move your mouse away from the email so the waste basket will appear, and then move your mouse back to click on it. Very inefficient. Poor design for the whole thing. Just provide me with a way to go back to the previous version of the Yahoo mail PLEASE!

I somehow got a new version of yahoo email and I don't want it. I don't want to be paying for something I don't want. Give me my old mail back.
