Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I do not like folder management. I cannot figure out how to get the window off the email inbox when I open folders. I cannot drag emails into folders. If you have directions to how to do this, please send them. Thanks.

Title says it all. I'm an IT specialist, and I primarily work with elderly folks. They are not great with new technology, even if it seems simple and intuitive, it rarely is for folks who barely grasp the concept of email as it is.
Just make Classic view a choice again. It doesn't have to be the default choice, but a choice. Thank you

Hate the new look. I want the classic version back!! It is so hard to read, I despise having to use my email now. I am going to switch to another platform due to this.

Please for the love of God!! Get me back to the classic version! The new version is unworkable!! Who designed this?? It makes it almost impossible to find anything. It takes me twice as long to do anything! I have 10,000 unread emails that I was working hard to purge and now I'm ready to give up.

The new version sucks, plain, and it is as plain as you can get, and simple! No imagination, and so **** hard to read...obviously, Yahoo couldn't care less about their users, as they just say, "If you don't like it, there are other options"...well, after 20 years, I'm use to Yahoo, but at least other options don't have an inbox that looks like it was designed by a toddler running amok with a White crayon! I was sure that Yahoo could do better, but it is becoming obvious that what we think doesn't matter to them.

I'm a dinosaur behind the computer. Why don't you allow the option to keep the Classic mailbox version. Based on the comments I read, you have a lot of unhappy subscribers.
Please reconsider allowing us the Classic mailbox version and keep your subscribers happy.

Hate the new look. Botched upgrade. And why don;t you CLEARLY say there is no option - we demand you change. How does that sound to you?

I don't like the new look . The way it is now, there's just too much going on that I can barely see what I'm doing.

I have been with Yahoo for a very long time, and I have specifically continued with Yahoo because I REALLY liked the old Yahoo format and I DON'T like the G-mail format, despite the fact that Gmail is free and I pay Yahoo on an annual basis. Now, Yahoo has changed and looks and functions so much like G-mail, WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING, that I don't see the merit in continuing with my Yahoo account. I just paid my annual subscription to Yahoo, but if they can't provide me with the option to return to the old version, that will be the last subscription I pay.

This new email format is awful. Hard to read. The previous version was much more user friendly.

The new format is challenging to read, and crowded. Not enough space and too busy. I'm not even old.

You have asked for suggestions, well here it is, do not just arbitrarily change to what you think is best for everyone. This new design is horrible and is a pain to navigate.
