Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

The ascetics are terrible. It's hard to determine what has been read or not. I use this email daily, so ******* the eyes and I'm to young for that to be an issue. Please revert back or at least give us the option to use the old version as an "easy" mode or something.

This new version is HORRIBLE! I know in the past when Yahoo would come out with a new version we were given the option to stay with the classic one, where is this? I really don't want to change everything over to Gmail, but looks like that where this is headed.

HATE the new version. I understand you want to update, but go back to the classic version. Why fix something that doesn't need to be fixed!?!?

Please go back to prior format...it was much easier to use, or at least allow us to choose which format works best for us

Really would like the option to go back to/keep the older version, with the pretty background choices, I did not appreciate being forced into this empty soulless white/black. I'm seriously thinking of dropping this account and shifting over to my gmail and outlook emails. The missing features, the starkness, it's harder to read emails and their subject lines. I hate it and want to go back.

the classic version is very manageable to color and adjust the message

Please don't improve New Yahoo Mail, the Older Yahoo Mail was very easy and convenient and without right side Ad window too. The New Yahoo Mail and it's Font Settings are too mess and tedious.

can not drag message from inbox to another folder.
haven't read all the comments in this thread, but the few i have read .... all make sense. -

HOW INCOMPETENT are your developing departments to be seeing so much feedback and still turn a blind eye to User Responses ?

Almost 3000 request to drop this new version or give us the ability to switch back,,,, what else do you need to see this was a disaster?

Yahoo, please listen to your users!
The new version of Yahoo Mail is frustrating and difficult to use. The interface feels cluttered, essential features are harder to find, and simple tasks that used to take one click now require multiple steps. The new layout is confusing and far less user-friendly than before.
Many of us have been loyal Yahoo Mail users for years, but these changes are making it hard to continue using the service. Please give users the option to revert to the previous version without limitations or at least make improvements based on user feedback.
Yahoo, we need a better experience!

The new version is more confusing, and not user friendly at all.

Not a big fan of the new version and also on the phone. It's so hard to clear out mail, have to do 2 steps to select all instead of one. Just one example. Look esthetically nice, but ease of use got more complicated. Not sure why but it's harder to read subject.
I haven't tried sending an email. Maybe that got better.

Just let us use the version we like please.

Can't even choose the background color. Visibility is terrible with white-black or black-white.
What worked before doesn't work, very unpleasant experience.
Some things might be good, but this wasn't rolled out as an option, it was forced. -

Agreed. No one asked for this "user-unfriendly" ****. Can't even go directly to my spam from a bookmark anymore. plus the annoying ads that show up at the top of my emails like they're actual emails

Nobody wants AI added, and the Classic version has always been the easiest to use from a user perspective, I've tried other ones and they just are not as intuitive
