if it ain't broke, don't fix it!

The new look is terrible. I have provided feedback that this is very bad. And now, it seems that you have taken that option away. Please stop messing around with this.

This is absolutely ridiculous forcing us into this non-user-friendly version of email. I have an account attached to my main email and now I don't see a way to see that inbox at all. There's no option now for me to click to switch back to the user friendly version and, upon searching, it says if you don't see it then it's not available to your account. LET US USE OLD VERSION AS THIS NEW ONE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BEYOND BELIEF! Ever heard of that saying "If it ain't broke don't fix it?" You BROKE email that worked fine before this new one was forced onto users. I'm LIVID as I can't get to my inbox for the account I have linked to main account and I can't find a lot of things now due to this HORRIBLE un-user-friendly version I'm being forced to use!

Go back to the old email!

I do not understand why you made mandatory changing the interface, as classic version work well enough for me. Please restore the "change to classic menu" option and leave it to the user's choice

Please give me back my old email I have eye trouble and loved the color coding I had for my two different emails red for one and green for the other it helps me to read my emails faster and better. I also need help with my phone number on my cellphone that has changed on my cell phone

I'm too old to keep updating. I liked the classic version, and you automatically changed this when I rejected this option for years. What problem have you solved? You could save a lot of money by getting rid of people that have one purpose...making changes that no one wanted or requested.

This 'new and better' version SUCKS!!!!! And then you take away your customers option to go back to the way that it was?? WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? I have been with Yahoo for over 20 years......

I hate the new email for various reason. Size of text is too small for my old (85 year old) eyes, always opening in priority view rather than "all" and the complicated navigation. The classic version was much better. Why can't I switch back?

RETURN TO THE OLD CLASSIC LOOK! THIS NEW LOOK IS INSPIRING TO BREAK OUT THE CRAYOLA'S AND ADD SOME FRICKING COLOR! WHAT'S WRONG WITH A LITTLE BACKGROUND OR THEME? MY KINDERGARTEN NEPHEW COULD HAVE DESIGNED THIS BUTT UGLY LOOK!

You've taken away my option to go back to the Classic version of Yahoo Mail. Give it back! This new version is terrible. Supposedly I have a way to go back, but it's not there. Stop forcing people to use the new version.

DID YAHOO HIRE A MILLION MONKEYS TO DO THIS TRAVESTY OF A 'REDESIGN'? Because it's THAT bad. And *blocking* your loyal users from going back to the billion-times-better Basic Version is just adding injury to insult. GIVE US THE "GO BACK TO BASIC EMAIL" BUTTON! What is wrong with you??
