Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I HATE the new look. When they first introduced it I immediately clicked the button to switch back to old. Now I've been forced into this ugly inconvenient interface with what's looking to be no way to turn it back. I've been using yahoo for 14 years and this makes me want to switch to something else.

This is awful on so many levels. I can't see my emails it because of the format awful. I cannot see the subject line because of the AI description which is cumbersome and inaccurate. I have used this email for ages and will leave if I am not able to return to a more user friendly version. I'm upset about this!

Yahoo the LEAST you could do is allow users to switch back to Basic Yahoo email. I think it's absolutely asinine that you would roll out this new version without there being a testing period amongst Yahoo users.
The fact that I can't even read the preview of each email because of the huge "ADD TO MY CALENDAR" blocking the words, is even more irritating. Then I go to switch it to the Basic new version and you've removed that option too.
I have seen so many comments and posts expressing how inconvenient and non-user-friendly this new version is, are you not listening to consumers/customers?

Whoever made this decision and those above that person should be terminated. Did you even try a beta group? Honestly....worst version of all browsers. Many on Social Media agree. I hope you make good decisions REAL SOON....

This new version is ****! I hate it! I do not like the way you set it up, nor do I like the interface. I especially despise having to switch between Priority to ALL just in order to see all of my email. One extra step is one too many! Bring back the classic version and leave it that way! This is MY computer, and you do not make choice for how I view websites for me, or anybody else for that matter. Always ask before you change things.

The new version of your email is horrible. First the colors make your eyes go numb, it's hard to read, the starred emails that appear on the right are useless and take up too much room when trying to read emails. And yet I have a yahoo plus account I pay for thru my business and I have NO OPTION to change it back. If this does not get fixed, our business with all of our accounts will be leaving for another email server.
