Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    I am emphatically unhappy with the new Version. I'm a senior and don't adjust well to major changes like this. Plus, it is not user friendly! If something is not broken, don't mess with it! Please restore me to the Classic Version.

    This new Version that you rolled out with destroying the Classic Email is terrible. There are so many things missing and it is not User friendly. I can't even find my Scans to Attach to an email. Looks like all of my past scans are gone. I just found received emails on the basic mail site that do not show up on this new version. The Classic version was much better. It did not need a new version especially the radical changes you have made. This new Version was not thought out or tested by someone that actually uses emails with writing and receiving them. Over 3,000 complaints on just this one site asking to Go Back To The Classic Version. Seems you don't care or listen to the Users. Maybe a Lawyer on this site will end up suing Yahoo for damages and what has been lost with such an unannounced sudden drastic change.

    Yet again I find it increasingly hard to track emails I've read and want check again...they disappear! sometimes ending up in trash, sometimes in inbox...I much prefer the former format as it was far easier to use all the time and want it restored

    Please let me know me back to the old classic version , for now I can't shop on Amazon or any where because as you know it's not on the home page.???

    Every time a website gives you a "new or improved" version, they always SUCK. Change back to classic format.

    The new view for the standard emails is truly a downgrade. Why, the last platform was too much work? The new one seem likes its cutting so many corners and its just not as good.

    I never agreed to this new version. I am in the middle of sending a very important email, and can't do it. I must have the old version back immediately

    This new system is the worst thing that has ever happened with yahoo. Yes. I know this is a free service, but I have dozens of sites with this email as a contact. Even with that, I'm considering switching to Gmail. Did Yahoo techs even consider testing this with users? I have to think they didn't. How do I switch back?

    It's awful. Classic email was much better, but switching back, I've lost the ability to block senders from the spam folder. You really screwed things up.

    once again, I am pleading with you to give me the classic email. I was so happy with it. Now it takes me longer to find anything and it is so dull with all that white space. I want the colors back. I still can't read the names of my contacts as they are covered with their address. Will you read this comment? I doubt it. Look at all these people who are as unhappy as I am. Why don't you listen to us. We keep telling you the new version SUCKS. You are going to lose customers.

    the new email is terrible and confusing to navigate. I dont want to go thru the trouble of starting an new email but I am ready to switch to using my gmail. This is terrible go back to the old version!!!!!

    Please go back to the old email format. Your new format is terrible, unhandy, confusing and poorly thought out. I don't know who thought up this confusing mess, but please give us the choice. You didn't make it simpler, you made it more complicated.

    I hate the huge font and tons of white space that make it hard to find the actual content. I want to see more information in one glance, not have to scroll and scroll. I'm not interested in design, I want functional information display.

    This new version of Yahoo mail is terrible!!! If you don't give me the option to go back to the old version soon I will have to stop using yahoo. The priority vs all view is garbage. When I'm in an email I cant delete it and when I go back the option to view all isn't there and I have to constantly refresh my screen. Give us the option to switch back soon or I'm gone and never coming back.

    This new view is absolutely trash, and it is hard to tell between unread and read.
    No one like the new outlook, so why in the world try to mimic that hot pile of garbage?
    I give it a month or I am finding something different that is not a steaming pile.

    I'm not able to figure out where the original email went. Classic version is better.
