Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION THAT WE KNOW (or have the option to chose) - this version is missing so many things i need to do and can't find how to do them. This is really hurting a lot of peoples work. And it is so bad that we will all be converting to Gmail -

    Keep the old yahoo email as an option to this very confusing new version that is NOT better because the old version was fine and we could navigate it. This latest version is very confusing and difficult to navigate as well as learning how download and attachments may have changed.

    Ya'll are making things worse. I commented the other day about needing to go back to classic, but now you have changed the folders. You can't expand them, just bring them up in a new window. Who thought that was a good idea???? Go back to the old version already. The is clearly the #1 issue people have and has the most comments by far. Why not listen to your customers already??? I've been a Yahoo user for close to 30 years but I am seriously thinking about switching over to Gmail which would be a lot of work, but that is how much I hate everything about this update.

    Don't like this version at all, and dislike even more that you can't revert back to what's comfortable and what your users WANT. What kind of BS is that???!!! I'll be using Gmail going forward, thanks for ignoring your users> Not business smart Yahoo!

    PLEASE go back to the classic version. I can't figure out how to add a subfolder or sort the emails by sender to make them easier to file. I use yahoo for both my business and personal because of the ease of use. However, this new version is extremely frustrating.

    Rollback version feature is critical and user friendly while new version-platform is to be under testing to collect inputs feedback. Try "switch back to basic version" which is not the same as the "Rollback version" ..

    New look is terrible and not user-friendly. Adding my yahoo address to Outlook and no longer going to use the Yahoo Mail website.

    THE NEW VERSION IS GIVING OUT WRONG INFORMATION TO OUR CLIENTS, CREATING CHAOS ...FOR EXAMPLE, THE SYSTEM IS IS SAYING THERE IS A LAYOVER IN ITINERARY, WHERE THERES NONE!!!!!!!

    Please provide one good reason why you are so closed-minded that you will not consider doing what the vast majority of your desktop users want, namely to revert to the previous version. Without even understanding your thought processes on forcing this vile version down the throats of people who don't want it, what is the point of coming up with our own comments and suggestions?

    The new version is confusing and difficult to navigate. Instead of your latest mail being visible when signing in, you have to click on "unread" to read them. Did AI come up with this imbecilic idea?

    The Classic version was just right and satisfied all my needs. This new version is confusing and not as efficient.

    classic version allows me to manage incoming. new version does not
    need to find another email program.
