Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I find the new yahoo to be counter intuitive to use and it makes me cross eyed ... I have to work to hard to decipher what previously took a glance. GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION!

Very disappointed with the new version please get me back to classic version. I think the older version is better for we older folks.

What did you do, Yahoo! This new version is horrible! I can't see what emails are unread in my other inboxes, the read/unread. I have to right-click to "star' an item, rather than just click the star. The new pain on the far right is too big and apparently unremovable making less of my email readable at first glance. I hate everything about this change! It is less productive, less user-friendly, and less attractive. Fixthis please. I always tell people how great Yahoo mail is and why it is better than gmail. Please don;t prove me wrong. This is whole new setup is WRONG!!!

This version is NOT USER-FRIENDLY and is too much of a change for older users. You MUST give users the choice of changing or not! This is not acceptable.
I manage this account for my mother, on whose behalf I am now commenting. She has access to it as well and reads it each morning. Can you imagine how difficult it is for a 92-yr-old to figure out how to deal with these extreme changes?!
NOT GOOD!

I don't like this new version. Many, many of my daily emails are missing, emails that I pay a monthly or/or yearly fee to receive. Why did you do this? If you're trying to drive users away, you surely did a great job of that!!

I'm all for improvements and changing things up but...this new version feels as if we went back 50 years. The unread emails look like ads because there's no differentiation. Unread should jump out like they did before. Read email should be softer. Grouping emails by what Yahoo deems as "priority" causes one to lose emails constantly and there's no way to default to "all". The color scheme allowed is only black & white...tough on the eyes. The list goes on. Please give us a way to go back!! I'm using basic now because it's actually better than the new version.

Former format was much easier to use. I do not like the looks or the functions of this new version. Why make things so complicated??
