Worst version of a email that I have seen.

This new layout sucks! It should be user optional what layout users want, NOT company default.

I detest this new version. It is much harder to navigate.

Let us switch back. At LEAST until the other issues have been fixed, like being able to disable AI previews on the desktop version. The new version looks unprofessional and I don't like it at all.

Wait. My previous critical comments were not quite accurate. The more I use the new format, the more I hate it. It's too big and clunky and hard to read and it slows the reading's progress!!!! How could Yahoo possibly think making an email format LESS efficient is a good thing. The user is not on this site to shop or do some casual reading - rather, they want to check emails to get work done quickly and efficiently. Bring back the previous format or you will lose users to other email sites. Oh, and almost forgot - you should fire the UI designer who came up with this format.

Please tell me how I can switch back to the old version. I did this for a while, but can't find it now.

Quit ******* around with these apps. Make all the changes you folks need to keep your jobs but give users the option to join in or remain with existing layouts. Not every user is chasing after the latest and greatest!

I was just told I have to pay to migrate to Gmail. Seriously? Apollo Asset Management you guys are so petty.

Horrible. I DO NOT like this version. Leave well enough alone!!!!!!!!!!!

Where do I start? Here is my beef with the new mail and the horrible user experience that you put me through when "trying" the new version.

Issues:

1.) Emails are too big. I can't change the font or size of the emails in the Inbox. So, I literally have to open every stupid email to see what comes in.

2.)The ads are freaking enormous. I can't change the size of the windows making 1.) even worse

3.) I can barely tell the dates of the emails. Let me organize them by date just by looking at my Inbox. I have to scroll to see where yesterday's emails start.

4.) I don't need all the color coded **** in my Inbox, give me all black text and no graphics for who it is coming from. This is stupid and takes up more space in the Inbox again contributing issue 1.

5.) How about a really bad user experience? "Here, try out the new mail, it's awesome, oh sorry, you don't like it? We won't let you switch back, we won't give you any support to help, and well, you're just going to have to deal with our crummy product.

Whoever designed this should be fired. I am an original user of Yahoo! mail. Literally. At the very least, if you won't let people switch back to the original mail, then tell us how to migrate to gmail. This is literally the worst email product I have ever seen, and I've been in tech for 30 years.

It makes Yahoo! look petty and money hungry. There is a reason so many people have this as their number one issue.

I went back to the old version.
Now, I can't even use the Enter of Shift key to highlight multiple message for Delete, etc.

The old version even let me highlight some messages, skip over some , and highlight more using th Enter or Shift key.

So, put that back in the old version.
