This new version is terrible. I have 4 email addresses, this new version is not allowing me to switch accounts without having to repeatedly sign in. I don't want a 2 step verification because of this pop up it won't let me switch accounts. This is terrible, NOT USER FRIENDLY!

How many thousands of people are going to have to tell you that your new Yahoo Email is garbage. It is terrible and has wasted so much of my time. You had a great product with the Classic Yahoo Emails and had a strong dedicated following that have stuck with Yahoo for years. You have gone backwards with an inferior email now compared to what you had with the Classic Yahoo Email. You have a bunch of idiots running the show to destroy the Classic Yahoo Email that was one of the best. Give us the Option to not go with your crazy changes and stay with the Classic Yahoo Email. Not everyone is going to take the time to tell you, you have made a big mistake with this new design that you have forced on your loyal users. Not how business is run if you want to do better. You are going to lose more people with this crazy change than gain new people. You had a niche being different than Google now most will just go to Google with these stupid changes. You need to move fast & let the public change back to the Classic Yahoo email before you lose people.

Go back to the Classic. This version is real, real, real slow. Takes me too long to get anything done. A waste of my time. It is too much like Gmail interface. I don't like Gmail and it seems Yahoo is trying to copy. I choose Yahoo because of its easy, seamless and quick interface. A lot of work to switch but I may have to bite the bullet.

What ****! I can't even type a name TO and a Subject without being frozen out of what I want to do, which is write a message. I have a vision impairment so I need to enlarge (ctrl +). It took forever to find out the Send button was below my enlargements!!!!!!!! I Played with drafts for about 10 minutes in order to find my original draft from before the current one. If you want me to do something, TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!!!!!! i'VE HAD YAHOO MAIL FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS OR MORE. i MAY CHUCK THIS MESS IF YOU CAN'T GET ME BACK TO THE FORMAT i KNOW AND UNDERSTAND.

New version has some very questionable and disturbing ads. I do not appreciate it in the least. Let me have the option to get rid of this new unwanted version and back to the old tried and true version!

Switch back to old format. Just because YOU like it doesn't mean everyone else will. I have many yahoo accounts - I will be closing or switching to other types of e-mail. The "NEW" format is too difficult to use. Unfortunately, this will take me a long time because I have so many addresses...

Please bring the old version back, this new version SUCKS!!!

I absolutely hate the new design. There was nothing wrong with the old version. One particular aspect of the new design is that I can no longer scroll through my emails using my arrow keys, because if I do that it tabs me through my unread emails -- which is not what I want to do. I cannot see the entire email in a screen, but it's extremely difficult to scroll to the bottom without finding the tiny, usually hidden, scroll bar at the side of the email -- not the frame itself. It's very cumbersome. I also do not like the feature that makes it harder to see all my photos -- again -- very difficult to scroll.
I do not want or need AI features. Give us the classic version back.

I hate the new yahoo inbox. Bring back my classic!! New one is annyoying as heck, can't personalize how I could the old one. Not loving how it is formatted or how dreadful it looks.

i am 75 year old male and been o yahoo for over 30 years. im to old to learn new ways and now this site has deleted all my folders. my saved emails my tax records i had saved to a tax folder and bills paid folder along with other important information i have saved to special folders. all are emptied. ****** me off that iv lost all my information. why cant if we liked the old style cant we go back to it. dont know how i got ofn this new site by i emailed and they told me once i changed i cant go back. dont know how i changed i think yall did it for me. signed ****** off in Texas

Bring the Classic version back. Just looking at this new one makes me feel agitated. The old one was perfect. I've been on yahoo for many years and this is the first time I've considered changing. This won't work for me long term.
