Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

I liked the way my email looked. So thanks for forcing this on me. Very ugly and bright. Just what I was looking for. Not the version I designed that was easy on the eyes.

Please give us back the classic version. This new version is terrible. Not only that, you force it upon us with no step up from classic or option to stay on the classic version??? The classic version worked perfectly and I've stayed away from gmail BECAUSE the classic version was far better. Either make the classic version available again or I for one, and I'd imagine many more people will switch over to Gmail . I can't express how much time I've wasted trying to figure out where my information is. Truly horrible.

This new version is terrible. Please allow me to continue to usr the old version. I have wasted time with this new version, I will fade away from yahoo to gmail. I cannot delete things in groups as easily. I cannot see how many inbox messages I have. It is just bad for me.

New version does not show what address the mail is sent to. I have more than one source adress.

Why all of a sudden would you change our email version with such drastic changes and no way to opt out or stay with what worked so well. Your changes are terrible and do not work for me. You have cost me so much time with many things now missing with your changes. You have many dedicated users that are now not happy as me with these crazy changes. You have really gone backwards and not improved a thing. You are driving people away and not improving things with happy customers but now unhappy customers. One of the few things Yahoo had going for it was their great Yahoo Classic Email that worked very well. There is now too much space between my emails and hard to read on the page from what has been read and not read. The emails now only go about 3/4 across the page with 1/4 of the page blank and something I don't use. I have tried to switch back to the basic yahoo emails, but it is not the same that I had before. Please stop this madness and let us switch back to the Classic Yahoo Emails or whatever you call it that we had before this switch. You are driving your users and customers away rather than improving anything.

My family and I are sooooooooo upset with this new nightmare of a version. Go change your personal format for yourself and leave your customers version alone. I myself used the stationery you once offered and now it's gone. CHANGE IT BACK!!!!! IT IS AWFUL!

I've read all of the (almost) completely negative comments regarding this new version. I completely agree with them all. This "New, improved AI-driven" mail is the absolute worst! Just give us the old, reliable and understandable version. The old adage "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" definitely applies here. You took one of the best designs for a emails and turned it into something... broken! I wonder how long it'll take me to figure out how to notify all of my contacts of a new account with another service?

I understand corporate being out of touch and thinking a new "hip" version of the email service is a good marketing idea. It's stupid, but I understand it. FORCING the change is absolutely IDIOTIC. You might make a handful of people happy with the change, but you will LOSE SO MANY people who would rather switch email providers than deal with this bovine excrement.

Forced updates are NEVER positively received, why would you EVER think this was a good idea Yahoo Corporate people!?!?!

I agree with past comments. Let us keep the old format. Why change a good thing? Yes, you may lose some of us to Gmail,

I do not like this new format. You can't read what the email is unless you hover over it. If you try to click on it to open it, you mistakenly hit "delete" or "unsubscribe" because the area is so small and crowded with icons. There was nothing wrong with the way it was before.

HATE, HATE, HATE this new version! I am changing to a new email address! Deleting my account as soon as I switch all my emails! Your decision to NOT let your members choose the version they want is unacceptable. I DO NOT care for the box in every email repeating what is in my PRIVATE emails! This is an invasion of my privacy! (besides being totally redundant)

I absolutely detest this new format. My question is, Why is this necessary? Why are we not given the option to keep the old format? It is extremely frustrating and I fail to see how this is going to ultimately make for a better user experience.
