I really dislike the new mail version. so much that I may look for a new email service. I have always preferred Yahoo over Gmail. I have had my account for over 20 years. What a shame. I truly hope Yahoo reads ALL of these comments and takes them seriously.

I want you to go back to the old system. I cannot figure out a dang thing with this new system. What do I have to do to make you do so or who do I have to contact to make this demand? This new look and everything about is just too darn confusing and messy. Either go back or we will have to switch who we will work with. I have been complaining for some time on this and no one from your system has even shown me the curtesy to respond. My wife's and my adult children's yahoo email accounts have not changed along many others so why are you doing this to mine? I do know however others who have this mess that you created and they have already gone to gmail and outlook and I will be next. So, contact me very, very soon.

There is not one update made in this version that I find to be more helpful or user friendly. Instead, important emails are hard to see, recognize, and/or find. For some reason the font and colors make everything blend together. Ads now look like regular emails. You buried the trash and spam folders, making them annoyingly hard to get to. The AI summaries are a complete waste of time and real estate. I am opening my message to see the message AS IT WAS WRITTEN. Now I have to scroll down past the bogus "summary" to see the real message. I cannot express how incredibly awful I find every single change that was made. Please let us go back to the last version!! If not, my account of the last 25-30 years will be moving to another platform. This version is borderline completely unusable as is.

THIS REALLY SUCKS! I CAN'T DO THE THINGS I DID BEFORE WITH THE CLASSIC VERSION! I MAY HAVE TO GO BACK TO MY OLD G-MAIL ACCOUNT FOR MY PRIMARY EMAIL. I LOST ALL MY FOLDERS. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE CLASSIC VERSION ASAP. This is a huge inconvenience in all ways you can imagine. Thank you.

This new version is very glitchey and I don't care for the layout. PLEASE go back to the classic version!

The font for my inbox entries is very very poor...not sharp. The shape of a single letter is both dark and light. I was surprised after making a comment about it yesterday that this morning, the font had changed for the better, not as good as the classic, but better. Then when I logged in an hour later, it was back to the "new". Ugh! I may have to go back to my old g-mail account as my primary. Give us the option to choose!

Give us the option to use either. I want to go back to the classic. Too used to it to change. Don't like the look. I like having a lot of emails to look at. Not just a few. How can we change????
