The new Yahoo Mail looks AWFUL. I want the old version back with the custom themes. Now it looks so lifeless and clinical.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD VERSION!!!!! I absolutely HATE HATE HATE this new addition. I can't see my emails everything is bold. It's too much to look out. If you don't allow those who want the old version to go back to it, I am leaving yahoo after using it for as long as the internet has been around. STOP CHANGING IT!!!

I cannot compose a message and send it out. I am 75 years old and am very confused the way you have changed my yahoo. also having problems putting information on folders. I hate it

I agree. Can't stand the new yahoo news page or email format. Bring back classic or at least give us the option to use the one we like.

Your new layout: This may the worst move Yahoo has ever made and you guys have made some terrible ones. Without the ability to delete mass amounts of spam emails Yahoo is now unusable.

I've paid for Yahoo Mail for years to get rid of the ads (I know, crazy huh?) but this new mail upgrade is NOT worth paying for. It's too clunky, hard to find things, and my biggest peeve is.....anything new that's turned on, there is no configuration to shut it off. I keep sending my feedback to them and never get a response so I don't know if they are really reading any of the comments.
So, like other people, after 25+ years I'm looking for a new email provider. It's going to be a pain in the butt but I'm a paying customer and they took away what I was paying for.
I've created an account at ProtonMail and I'm slowly working my way towards moving everything over there. I can't tell you how disappointed I am, Yahoo Mail.

There are so many reasons I don't like plus. Doesn't show if email answered of forwarded there is a panel on right that I can't get rid of. No preview pane Shortcuts not avail. I do not want to use the word hate so I am saying i do not like the new version at all. Yahoo is forcing me to use my Gmail acct as my priority.

If everybody would drop Yahoo email, and go with another email server. Yahoo would bring back the old version!

I HATE this new format. I have to keep searching and clicking to find new messages. I hate the way my messages flow on and on endlessly, making it necessary to click and scroll to see what I have written. I HATE IT ! ! ! I may go to a different email server.

My eyes are hurting because the new font is NOT old-eyes friendly. I'm 51 and wear progressive lenses. The new layout and font make it incredibly uncomfortable to try to read my email. I've used Yahoo forever, but it's probably time to find something new.

To view a previous, intermediate email in a thread, you have to click twice. I would rather they were always listed in a tighter format, so only one click is needed to open one. It gives a more streamlined view of the whole conversation.
