I hate this new yahoo bring back the old one. I lost a lot of my stuff and it's hard to follow. Stop changing stuff without asking what the people want

There's no option to revert to old Mail. Don't like the new Yahoo Mail. It really sucks. It's not easy on the eyes and the ads are too large and intrusive, especially the ones that keep blinking or moving. What was wrong with the old Mail?

The basic mail option has been hamstrung to the point of making it unusable so we would use the new mail which is also unusable but at least has the ability to have some control of how we view and use our mail. At least put the full settings back so your customers can choose what they want to use. I am currently a paid subscriber but not for long if we keep getting forced to use this new version of mail

Users with visual limits need something between light and dark mode to be able to function. The ability to change text and background colors is absolutely necessary to produce the contrast in able to see the text.

I like the old email much better

For me simple is the way to go
not all this fancy stuff on the screen

Really tried working with this new format and makes my work much more difficult
Please tell me how to go back to former format or I may search for new email format I like and leave Yahoo behind.

The first time ( a couple of weeks ago) Yahoo tried to foist this version on me, I was given an option to "Go Back" to the Classic version. But my desire seems to have not mattered, as now they have foisted this version on me again - this time with no option to go back. A particularly nasty move on YAhoo's part. I agree with the commenter before me, too- I can't even read enough of a preview of my new emails to see if I want to open them or not. Which means I have to open each one again to see which ones I want to delete if I don't delete them right after opening. Come on!

What is the stupid empty box on the right side?? It is useless and in the way. Make that empty box go away or give us the option to remove/reduce it.

I hate this new version!!! There is no getting used to it. The AI synopsis of an email is ridiculous. Does not even make sense. Misspelled words and does not even match the issue in the email. There is nothing I like about this "new" version. Listen to your customers and give us the option of going back to the old version!

My wise stamp signature extension icon is missing and I cannot figure out how to get it back. Spent the last hour trying to uninstall and reinstall and still nothing on this new version. This is derailing my work productivity as I have several work related emails to send!!!

The rollout of the new interface is an epic fail. A changeover should be nearly seamless for users, allowing us to continue our productivity uninterrupted with just a few tweaks. Instead, each of us is spending hours and hours trying to debug and configure our email interfaces and searching forums for tips to restore basic functioning. This huge consumer fail should be withdrawn. Yahoo should go back to the drawing board and wait to rollout the new interface when the software is functional.

New version is awful! Why do you change things when nobody asks for change? I cannot even search by folder. How are we supposed to organize anything?

Actions are difficult to find. The color of read emails is unpleasant to look at. It hurts my eyes. The gray color is too gray.

Go back to classic. That stupid box on the right side is useless. It is difficult to read emails on small-screen devices. You could at least provide an option to remove it if not wanted. Give us a choice to use Classic.

I'm considering dropping my Yahoo mail account, which I've had for thirty years. This new version is awful. Going over to Gmail, I think.

The new version of Yahoo Mail is not functioning properly. I need to go back to the old version. Somebody knows how to go back to old version
