Not a fan at all. Go back to classic yahoo. Too much is missing. The screen became smaller because you have to have the adds.

This new version has less functionality, and is just plain worse. Why force this on us?

I just now noticed that the idea of going back to Classic Yahoo was commented on by 1,781 people. The next ranked categories, number (2) and (3), garnered 122 and 65 commentators. I.e. discussions about Classic Yahoo is 1,400% larger than the next most commented upon category, which is "A.I." And by the way, everyone on Page 1 of the comments are in favor of returning to Classic Yahoo. I did not read beyond Page 1 because it took all day just to figure out that 1,781 comments are approximately 1,400% of 122 (!). Please go back to Classic Yahoo. Thanks.

As of today, I switched back to Yahoo Basic Mail.
On the left pane, Click the three dots (low left) - Settings - Switch To basic Mail.
This idea came to me after realizing that the "New version" of mail looks stripped of all the functions and graphic. It reminds you the bare minimum mail. That's why I it occured to me to actually turn the Basic Mail back on.
Yes it does not have all the advanced functions but at least it's got those BASIC ones that people list here that they miss..
Yes it does not have any graphic but at least it's not all grey with gmail rounded edges.
I am an older desktop user and I don't need today's kids to redesign all my favorite websites to adapt mobile phone look to get a raise for creating twice space for ads. I'm tired of all their experiments.
If this happened today (suddenly and out of nowhere, too) then god know what can happen in future.
So, I stay with Yahoo Basic Mail.

The Classic Version worked just fine and is easier to read. It is less imitative of a ride at Disneyland and more about getting the simple job done. Classic Yahoo is why many people, I believe, stick with Yahoo. Please allow me to go back to Classic Yahoo. Thanks!

It is harder for me to read emails I need to find. This new UI is not it.

I don't like the new version, and I DON'T LIKE AI summarizing my email at the beginning. That is creepy and invasive.

And I AM signed in, dummy, or I wouldn't be reading my email and writing this.

I agree. This didn't need to be "fixed". In fact, it's quite screwed up now.

The new version is ridiculous and ugly. I liked my pretty customizable and easy-to-use classic Yahoo Mail. Seriously looking at not using Yahoo anymore because of this forced change. It's terrible! And with all these issues people are having, it seems to be simpler if you just give us back the cool version.

PLEASE!!!!!! Change is NOT GOOD! You can see we all want the old version back!! And yes,, it's critical. Takes forever to get used to and slows us all down. PLEASE bring it back!!
