Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Your new format is terrible. You buried spam and trash under the the three dots do now I have to constantly dig for it. It's impossible to work with. If I revert to classic, I can't search spam or trash and email does not update automatically I have to refresh it manually and you can no longer scroll messages. You close the one you're in to go to the next one. And you're still blocking emails that I have in my contact list.

Please allow to go back to classic format. This is so annoying and harder to navigate and figure out where everything is. I cant highlite and erase in folders how i used to and this change all seems very pointless.

Please go back to classic. This version is difficult to navigate, difficult to read and I can no longer see my 3 emails grouped together, so now I have to constantly hover over the thing to see if I have new messages, instead of being able to see them like I used to in classic.

It's really ******** how the other feedback have Pending or Under Review yet this thread which is the highest ranked has nothing. It shows how little they care for what their customers want. Yahoo has completely jumped the shark at this point.

I'm about to give up on Yahoo. It was the best, now I hate it!! You can't check "unread only" or anything, can't move emails from one folder to another easily anymore, options on the side bar and top bar are gone. PLEASE CHANGE BACK!!!

New version is difficult to read and navigation is worse. By reading other post it may be time for a roll back. An then start a beta testing group before you roll out a new version. This version is actually more work for the user.

I prefer the functionality of the classic version of Yahoo mail. There is a way to access it, but it is nothing close to the original as its functions are hamstrung. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. It wasn't broke, and the "fix" is terrible.

The new interface is unsightly and more difficult to navigate. I am considering switching to a different email service.

I want to be positive but there is not a single thing I would say is better about the new version and many are worse so I'm not sure exactly who you felt like this change was for but it was not for the end users that's for sure. Everything seems to be hidden or take 2-3x clicks to get to ... it's not more efficient it's way more cumbersome.

This new system might be good for programmers but for users it is horrendous. Slow, bulky, hides critical items for no good purpose.

The new version of Yahoo is not user friendly. Please return to the "old" version or give us a choice. I dislike immensely checking my email since the new version began.

It seems comments get disappear here...so here it is again:
To Yahoo team: keep this new user interface but bring back the option of switching back to old version for those who want to go back. After a month you will realize how bad the new interface idea is.

Everything about your new version on a computer is a horrendous disaster, including the previously reliable spam filter. Actively searching to replace Yahoo Mail as preferred Email provider.

NOT user friendly. The Rt panel as well as the icons for each email are Not necessary, very distracting & take up too much space on the main screen.
Also unable to read what each icon at the top of the page says because the main email screen is not large enough due to all the other space-taking sections on the inbox screen.
At least offer a choice for users to either continue with the current update or Return to the Much More Usable old version.
I too may move my email from Yahoo after over 25 yrs of continued successful use. -

I don't have an idea because I don't want to help improve the new format I just want to option to go back to old one. But just FYI - I read an email and then it disappeared. I searched in every folder but it is just gone. Also how did you decide not to give the total number of emails in each folder? That seems like something I've had since the 90s. I'm seriously considering just switching everything to Google.

For the first time in 15+ years, I'm considering moving off my paid Yahoo Mail account. This change is very frustrating. Who are you designing this for? What problem did you think you were solving?
To be more specific, I hate the pane on the right side that I can't seem to get rid of. I'd much rather have full-width view of my inbox list view.
And the stupid summary at the top of every message - I didn't ask for this and I don't want this. Why are you making me look at it? Ugh.
