Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

As a PC and laptop user with multiple yahoo mail accounts, the old yahoo mail was very efficient and the layout was superb. It was easy to navigate and the look was perfect! Very productive and simple to understand and use. I personally wouldn't change a thing about it.
The new Yahoo mail in my opinion,is almost unusable and not very well thought out.
I beg you Yahoo, please give us back our old Yahoo mail for those of us that want it.
You could grandfather all of us long time users. On a side note,I really, really, really miss MyYahoo.
Could we grandfather that back in as well? -

As everyone else has been saying, go back to the Classic version. This is a very ill-conceived idea with no consideration for neither functionality nor aesthetics. Very poorly executed and overall a significant downgrade of user experience. Gmail & Outlook are miles better compared to this trashy version.

as I am leaving yahoo, I would like to hear why you forced everyone into a new lousy format, just for laughs and giggles on my way out the door

this is unbelievable, getting rid of old format email, now forcing everyone to the new inadequate and poorly functioning version. I must fire yahoo and stop paying for yahoo plus. who do you think you are, forcing this **** on your customers, from what I've seen no one likes what you have done, and even to us customrs who pay extra for yahoo plus. this will end, and all yahoo customers should leave yahoo. please explain why you are doing this. give a logical and reasonable answer please. why do you think anyone should put up with this?

You might be right, Looks like they don't care! 20+? I have almost 30 years passing out this email address and using the old format. I hope enough money is lost so the next company that decides to completely change a 30 year product will remember this nonsense

Yahoo doesn't care about user experience or their customers. They'll continue to update this new version until everyone leaves it for another email provider. 20+ years using yahoo and I think it's finally time to switch just like everyone else. There's a higher chance an asteroid hits earth than yahoo switching back to the classic email lol.

The new look for yahoo mail is ugly, not intuitive, and seems to have lost the customization/colors of the previous version. Please go back to the previous version

OFFICIALLY THE WORST EMAIL DOMAIN NOW!!!!! Hundreds of people have told Yahoo this new version is bad, and every 2-3 weeks they resolve one issue. But you didn't add one at a time. Obviously someone at Yahoo has a lot invested in this poor UI to refuse to pull the plug. So they wait, and hope we accept a lesser quality email domain to please whoever, save whoever job or prove the idea wasn't completely bad. Whatever the reason if I didn't have a 25+ years of giving out this email address I would've left for Gmail or whatever already instead of waiting for them to finally admit the idea was bad!
