Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Please allow us to return to the Classic Version. If we don't get that option we'll choose to stop using Yahoo mail.

    What moron actually thought it was wise to spend money and time on this? Now my only options are 1) "basic" which doesn't even conversation view or 2) "new" which is far less clear and intuitive. Stop being user-hostile and fix this please.

    You have ruined mail. At least give us the opportunity to choose the old easier version. Did you pay someone to come up with this nonsense? Aside from having to look for trash and spam buried in folders, the photos of people in contacts is gone. WHY??? The whole thing is ugly and the purple drives you nuts. Think I'll go to gmail. This is done.

    I absolutely hate the new design and want my old version back, i hate to have to go to a different email but may have to as this doesnt not meet my needs like the old one did, please let me know

    The new version doesn't have access to documents and photos. with the older clasic version i could access all photos and documents without the need of scrolling the mails.

    Go back to the classic design, it is far superior to the new design, more intuitive, easier to navigate. What's more, it's more difficult to switch accounts and move emails to various folders. It's a disaster and if it doesn't change, I'll switch to a different platform. It'll be a pain, but this design is useless.

    This new version doesn't allow me to see or quickly switch between my various accounts. One of my accounts is supposedly back to the old version but it's not the same.

    This new version is complete trash. Allow the user the option to use the classic version. I pay for premium for my business and this new version sucks.

    Inbox email viewing stops at about 21 months old. This is both for the new Yahoo email and what they are calling "Basic email" assuming you can get to that. Some people can, some people can't.

    For people on this complaint thread who have lost access to old emails, you can search for a keyword and the search will find those old emails but only for matched text.

    Another bad feature we can add to this list. Sometimes, one can't remember a keyword for an older email but a timeframe. Even if you remember a keyword and find it, other time-adjacent emails on the same topic may not use the exact same keyword. So, you can't see the entire with others.

    [Edit] It's possible my statement above is incorrect regarding 21 months in the inbox, then ending. I could have moved all inbox items to folders at that time. Still trying to sort out if Yahoo removed older emails or not. When a company completely changes things up without notice or the ability to go back, then you question every aspect of their actions and assume they've messed up.

    So, instead of using the product, you waste time questioning it. Thanks Yahoo team for your hard work.

    Please go back toe classic email version!! This new version is much less user friendly!! Please give us the option to go back to classic email asap!! Thank you!!

    Bring back old version, latest version is not good at all! you just ruined our work experience especially when finding some emails. Just bring back older version or just let us choose want appearance we like.

    PLEASE GET OLD VERSION BACK! I DO NOT LIKE THIS. I WILL BE CHANGING MY EMAIL IF THIS DOESN'T CHANGE BACK. ASAP.
