Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

Just go back to the way it's always been, it was pleasant to look at and easy to use. This new forced way sucks so much, everyone seems to agree. It's hard to use, not streamlined and is just a terrible email experience. You know what people like, there've been enough comments on how everyone hates it. Unless you're trying to force people to buy into the newer versions (which itself is a bad business move and will cause a lot of people to stop using yahoo, me included, after using it for decades) stop making really bad changes we never asked for

Hate the new mail. Why would you change what is the only think keeping us around Yahoo for so long?

I do not like the new format. I especially do not like not given a choice. Change it back.

Horrible. Like it was written by a kid learning JavaScript in middle school. Yahoo just wants to dump their paid and free mail users and sell ads on their other platforms. There is no other explanation on why this is intentionally so bad. This isn't an accident or incompetence. It's a business decision with a purpose.

This version is not as easy to use for all the reasons listed in the "vote" I just gave. Do not like it at all. It is not user friendly and takes me twice as long, if not longer, to see what email I have received. Please return to the classic version, or at least allow those of us who wish to, to do so.

I hate this version also. Why did you do this? It's not user friendly like the old one. Changes are to be more pleasing for the subscribers.

An email inbox is not the place to have an infinite scroll. It is important to have discrete pages and the ability to access deeper pages easily.
Similarly, if this is to be a great inbox, there needs to be an actual compact view, where you can see many more emails listed out at once. I don't want fluffly padding between the content that I'm trying to view.
Yahoo is losing the plot by focusing on aesthetic.

What idiot at Yahoo thought it would be a good idea to force this new heap of poo upon it's users without and option to say "NO!!!" ?

How to go back to a more classic version.
Start on your yahoo email page. Click "..." at the bottom of the list of options under Inbox on the far left of the screen. Then click "settings". It should take you to a new screen. Halfway down the list on the left is an option "Switch to basic mail".
Hope this helps! -

Why are you copying gmail? I used yahoo mail because it WASN'T like gmail. I might as well just delete my account and use my gmail at this point. I hate the new update, its not user friendly, its messy, its cluttered, its ugly, and its annoying. There are better ways to be innovative and using AI is lazy and we should be able to turn it off.
